I first opened an account back in 2004, and they have been the most helpful through everything, my first accounts, checking , debit, car loan, from personal seller and then from dealership. Now through my most trying time of my life, and Matt has been the most helpful hand yet! With making sure my current car loan, stayed in good standing and now to setting it paid off. Always friendly helpful and will get you in the right direction.

I had a bit of a kerfuffle with one of my accounts that resulted in some misinformation from a banker. I appreciated banker Gabe's ownership and dedication to getting my issue resolved (5 stars for him), docking 1 star for another employee who did not help the situation at all and instead charged me a fee, and told me that they could not fix the issue. If all employees were as great as Gabe this would definitely be a 5 star review.

I just received another letter from the insurance people at On Tap. Now, they want proof that there is insurance for the 2018 Subaru! Still not even the correct car in their paperwork! The letter says they require proper documentation showing proof of insurance on or BEFORE the date I purchased the car. Call me Kooky, but I didn't have insurance on the car until I BOUGHT IT! My declaration pages have been sent at least twice now to On Tap in Golden. I called OT this morning. I eventually got a representative. I was told by her that there wasn't a member of leadership that could speak with me. She was obviously screening calls.. no shame there. After a 15 minute conversation trying to convince me I needed to send paperwork, I am now waiting to speak with a member of leadership. The rep insinuated this help I was receiving was usually done by the customer. I don't need their help.. I need them to get their act together and get my information corrected!! The whole On Tap .....I am really shocked by such poor customer service.

Wendy is the best employee at Coors Credit Union. She has helped me over and over the last few years with the most patience and kindness that I have ever met in my life. She is a true gem, and the Credit Union is lucky to have her. And, as far as the Credit Union, I have been a member since I was a teenager, and my dad worked for Coors my whole life- thank you for protecting its members!

I had fraudulent charges and I spoke to a Wendy now miss Wendy is AMAZING. Great customer service. Great follow through, calls back when she says. She took 30 hours to get me the money taken out of my account then followed up and told me. She is the banking standard and can never be replaced nor replicated.

Just opened my business account On Tap CU in Arvada in April. I had to call for some tech support getting started & Wendy was so patient & walked me through my issues. A month later or so I still needed some tech support & I was so happy to get Wendy on the phone again! Thanks for all your help Wendy! Great Customer Service ?

Went to open a personal account as well as a business account and learned that my credit score was not high enough to open either. It was in the mid-600s at that time. Just saw a billboard for on tap, advertising how convenient and welcoming they were. I’ve never been rejected from having a checking account because of my credit score. Ridiculous.

Not good. I use bill pay every couple of months and there is some mystery amount that is too much. If you try to schedule a payment over this amount, your account is locked, yet there is NEVER a notification about what the max amount is. I always have to call and ask them to unlock my account so I can access MY money. Completely ridiculous!

I've been a member since I was a kid, and have always appreciated their kind and excellent service. Recently I took out my first car loan and the whole process was smooth and easy, thanks to Matthew especially who handled setting it up. He worked with me and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Thanks to him and the credit union I was able to purchase the car of my dreams. Thank you all so much!

I wish I had a better experience with these folks, aside from their entry-level team who are super friendly but rarely to never have access to most checking or loan accounts. I will never do business with these guys ever again.

I have been banking here since I was a child. Always so impressed with the customer service here. I called to get some assistance with my account today, and Gabriel was amazing. I highly recommend banking here. I also have a loan here for a vehicle, and the interest rate was the lowest around.
