They are halfway decent, usually send medications, but they told me they were going to send an 3 day supply of a blood clot med and didn’t had to call again. I’m glad we switched pharmacies we don’t have these problems after switching

Every delivery driver here either smells like liquor or weed. This place gets away with a lot of success it doesn’t deserve.

Omnicare has some of the rudest and most impatient drivers that deliver meds. Little do their drivers know that when they are delivering meds to an assisted living they are NOT top priority. On top of that one of their drivers won't even speak to you he'll just go to the seating area and sit down. Expecting you to recognize him and call someone to sign off for him. This has been happening with the same guy for 8 months at the community I've been working at.

Failed to deliver meds for a hospice patient. Delay caused her to miss 2 rounds of medication. 3 prescriptions were missing when they finally did deliver after 24 hours. Unacceptable.

My mother lived at Brookdale Mariana Butte where she was required to order her medications from Omnicare of Golden. One of the employees at Mariana Butte ordered a 30-day supply of a medication, and 11 days later, ordered another 30-day supply. My mother was billed $70 for the second order since it was too soon to refill this prescription. I have been trying to get Mariana Butte and Omnicare to admit this error should not be paid by an 87 year-old woman. They are sending me to collections since I am her responsible party.
