Run by incompetent buffoons. I still haven't gotten my title to a home I paid for in cash. They lost my title but said they sent it to the previous owners. The previous owners said they never received it. They're liars and crooks. I can't wait to get my title with help from a lawyer and put my home on my own piece of land.

Awful experience with these people. The prices they ask of their tenants vs how they treat their tenants is laughable. This should be a last resort option to anyone.
