I really like the convenient access to multiple freeways (6/70/470) from this location. There is a restaurant/bar right nearby with lots of traffic which makes it seem a bit less sketchy than other storage lots located in more industrial areas. Facilities are basic but well maintained.

I made the reservation online with 50% off of two months. When I got there. There was nearly eighty dollars of undisclosed extra fees. By this time I was under the gun with a moving truck and couldn't look for something better. It was very deceptive.

I just rented a garage-sized unit. I went by first to check out what they have. There was a nice man who helped me and showed me the 2 different units I might have been interested in. He encouraged me to reserve a unit on-line for a discount which I did and got half-price for first 2 months. I then went in a did the contract which was also pretty easy. You have to use a certain type of lock. They sell them at a reasonable price or you can get your own. I bought one from them since it saved me a trip to the store. The unit and facility are basic but clean and well-maintained. The only slight downside was that I came in from out of town with a load of stuff to put in the storage on a Saturday and thought they might have been open till 5 but it turned out they close at 3 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. This is just if you haven't yet signed a contract. Once you have your space, you can easily access your locker till 9 PM with an access code. Overall, happy with my choice of this facility since it's close to where I live.

I had a great experience establishing my account, selecting a unit. The on-site manager is outstanding. She is so pleasant and helpful. The storage facility is clean and easy entry and exits if you are pulling a uHaul, trailer or have a truck. 5 stars.

UNIT WAS BROKEN IN TO. Voicemails from Golden PD confirming THEIR CAMERAS ARE NOT ON YOUR UNIT, manager admitted it herself. NOT SECURE. Perp cut my lock and replaced with their own. CHECK YOUR UNIT IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE THE MISFORTUNE OF USING THIS COMPANY.
STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR UNITS IN THIS TOWN IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE. DO NOT RENT HERE.
