Dan Lucchesi came referred to us by my Attorney who is helping us with our parent's estate. I live out of state and Dan reassured me that he would be able to help schedule people to clean out personal items, do house & carpet cleaning and any necessary repairs since I was so far away. Rick his assistant kept us in the loop during the entire transaction and Dan's other team members were very helpful as well. We were going into the fall but managed to have the townhouse under contract in just 3 weeks. All work came together beautifully and we were able to close a week early to the delight of our buyers! I would definitely recommend them if you are dealing with an Estate property!

From the moment I spoke to Dan on the phone I knew we were in good hands. He is a very positive and invigorating person, and doesn't sugar coat anything.His staff is very responsive and they all seem to work together to get the task done, in a timely manner.Dan called every week to give us an update on the property he was sell for us.He even organized a clean up crew in order to get the property on the market, and it wasn't even a week and the property was sold. Dan did this even before the property went to the MLS.Jim and I highly recommend this young man and his staff., you won't be sorry.We just wish that Dan was in our area in order to sell our home, when the time comes.There aren't enough words to praise Dan and his staff for the way they handled everything for us, as we are out of state, which makes for a very difficult situation.
