SCAM! This place is such a scam!! I stopped here today to get regular unleaded fuel. All 3 fuel options were available…but not for long. As soon as I put in my KS rewards number it indicated that I had 0.50 off to use. I of course opted to use it so my fuel would only be $3.00 a gallon. Right when I hit the button to get my $0.50 off, both regular unleaded and mid-grade options were no longer available. The pump was literally forcing me to use premium! This is exclusively a King Soopers scam. When they were associated with Loaf N Jug this happened to me 3 other times! I literally was robbed of my KS fuel points and any chance to save any money. ?

Tyler sales associate with long hair and glasses, working at checkout was extremely rude and impatient while waiting for me to pull up my digital ID because the process took so long due to the poor WiFi connection/ service reception, Tyler states " alright I'm going to take these I'm not selling them to you guys" after my friend had shown her ID as she was the one purchasing them. Mind you we are both 23 years old and were polite and even apologized that it was taking so long. When I finally got my ID to pull up he goes "I already told you I am not selling them to you". Honestly save your time and buy your stuff elsewhere because clearly there is a lack of patience and courtesy from those who are supposed to be the face of this business. Let me tell you I work in healthcare and if I would've ever treated somebody like that, I would've lost my job.

Once again, not sure why I torture myself coming to this place. They have over 10 regular checkout lanes, NONE of which are open. Then they have nine self check out lanes of which only four are open. So as I go to check out, there's about seven people waiting in line halfway down the store isle because there's only four lanes of self check out open. That is utterly ridiculous. Not sure why, if you're going to make this store almost exclusively self checkout, you wouldn't open up the other five self checkout lanes.

Early this evening I found 'no one' working the service desk while I waited over 10 minutes Finally, 'out of no where ) comes TALL Doug! YEAH ! Extremely pleasant, understanding, professional, kind, generous, apologetic and just plain Nice!He greeted me then quickly handled my refund request with a honest explanation and in a courteous fashionDoug is the BEST of the BEST!Thank you Doug!Mike MLakewood

This location is constantly out of meat which is rarely stocked up when I shop there. Their internally made food is always subpar and inconsistent. Some of the worst shopping experiences shopping here.

Don't do pickup from this location!!! I ordered but one get one free and they did not give me any of the "free" bc I didn't specify!! Ridiculous! funny I don't "specify" I wanted my other items at the sale price and they honored those but I was supposed to know how to order the other sale items!

They lose your prescriptions every time! Then they can't even find you in the system sometimes. Then when you call in they put you on hold indefinitely..... never answering the line. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you value your health and your time!
