Jason and his team are top notch!! I've used them several times now and they are my go to! When my freezer ice maker took a dump on me, all other appliance repair places refused to even come look at it as it was a rare and discontinued model that no one works on anymore. Jason came out immediately and was able to fix it and replace parts at a reasonable cost and didn't overcharge me for anything. They have also fixed my dishwasher and my washer and dryer. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Just had Jason repair my refrigerator and was blown away by his technical knowledge and his phenomenal customer service. He showed up when he said he would, he diagnosed and replaced the condenser in short order, tested it to make sure it was working properly, and charged me half of what another appliance repair company quoted.
If every service vendor I needed was a skilled and focused as JB, all my repairs and maintenance issues would go from a royal pain to a royal pleasure.

I had a problem with my refrigerator freezer. The fan inside the freezer stopped working after rattling very loud. I texted with Jason, and he came by ready to replace the fan. After removing the fan, it turned out that 2 of the 4 screws used to attach the fan were corroded and had snapped. He replaced all 4 screws and reattached the fan, since the fan looked like it was still functional. He was right. That fixed the problem. He said, "I'm not going to make you buy a fan when you don't need one." It was very reassuring, having Jason diagnose the problem and apply the best solution that was most cost-effective for me.This guy knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him for appliance repairs!

This is the second time we have used JB Appliance Repair. The first time was in 2019, when the compressor on our LG refrigerator went out. Jason informed us LG had a recall on the part and we only paid for labor which was refunded by LG later on. We called JB today because our refrigerator was making noises. He showed up, asked a few questions and quickly diagnosed it as an ice buildup next to the freezer fan. After 15 minutes of freezer salon work with a blow dryer, the glacier was removed. 150 bucks later, we are ready to load up the refrigerator for Christmas without anxiety over it failing once full.

Great service. My refrigerator stopped working, and Jason was able to come out later the same day I called. He diagnosed the problem (Inverter), fixed it quickly, and my refrigerator/freezer was working again that afternoon. I appreciate the quick service and his ability to fix it on the spot (instead of having to wait for parts or delivery). Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fast, competent.

I found JB Appliance Repair on the Internet and decided to give them a try. They were able to schedule me an appointment within 48 hours, although I wasn’t in an emergency situation I thought that was fantastic.The owner showed up on time and we had exchanged a couple of photos and texts about my whirlpool refrigerators icemaker and the issues we were encountering… he came prepared with a new icemaker as well as some other random parts.Within an hour and a half everything was fixed and it has worked perfectly. They offer a 60 day warranty on their work which I wish was a little longer but I guess that is the industry norm from what I found. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the quality of their work, in this day and age I have found it difficult to get people I can depend on …it is nice to know that I have found some

My normal repairman was unavailable so my wife called JB. Jason told my wife it would be $80 plus parts. When he and the other gentleman arrived they were friendly enough and replaced a part. We chatted and I tried to be friendly (I even gave them some free meals at our business). After he left I got to looking at the invoice. $150 for labor and they were here 30 minutes. My wife texted and I emailed and no response at all. I mean $300 an hour is outrageous, but especially since he told my wife $80, I can’t help but feel ripped off. Of course I waited to write this review hoping he would respond and could explain himself, but unfortunately he has not. I highly recommend getting a price in writing before using JB.

Jason was great until he ghosted us. We were having trouble with our dishwasher. He came a few times to try a few fixes but then just stopped responding after he realized he couldn't fix it, I guess. Very disappointed!

Came same day for a leak in my washing machine. I had tried to deconstruct it on my own and got stuck and was so frustrated. He came the same afternoon I called and found the leak within minutes! Affordable kind and efficient, will be using him again for any appliance repair needs I have!
