So far, this is the worst experience I've ever had with any professional services company/provider. My tax pro, Marcia, did not show to our first appointment at all, then was 7 minutes late to our second. I uploaded everything that she told me was needed by March 12, and I have heard nothing from Marcia in a month despite leaving several emails and voice messages at the office. No one answers the phone, so good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. I called three times yesterday and still no one has called me back. Marcia claims my taxes are finished and just waiting for my approval, but it is April 12 and I cannot get ahold of her to do that approval so I guess I'm dedicating Saturday to doing them myself. Would give this business negative stars if I could; complete waste of my time, energy, and sanity.

This was the worse experience I have had with a tax "professional". She tried to get out of the appointment so she could leave early; was not knowledgeable about SEP-IRA contributions; could not follow the past 3 years of filings for inputting off of the P&L that I brought! Very disappointed.

Only 3 stars because this is a satellite office that doesn't have staff in the non tax season, so if you have a question mid year they don't answer. I had no idea that HRBlock does this and have been caught out twice now. If you need anything during the rest of the year, find another office or a regular CPA.

They still haven’t filed my my taxes! They have been completely ignoring me and now they’re closed! I have given them all my information and I just have to pay. I now am being penalized because of them. They just keep avoiding me and I have been nothing but nice to them

I went to H&R Block in Golden Town Center for the first time this year. Jeanette Esquibel was great! She took care of everything quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond for me! I will definitely go back to her next year!
