“Great place to find just about anything. Most of the salespeople are friendly, able & more than willing to help totally incompetent craft people like me with projects. If need be they will usually offer great suggestions that can be of help. As an all thumbs single woman I couldn't manage without Home Depot. It's even a great place to buy orchids sometimes.”

“Rented a van to move some lumber. Very helpful staff that was able to help me out.
The only problem was with some misleading information about filling up the tank. I was informed that I would be refunded whatever I filled up the tank with and I just needed to bring the receipt in. Turns out this was wrong. During checkout the woman working there tried to tell me it would be refunded separately? It made no sense but after a few minutes of trying to get more clarification I gave up and left. The woman was not able to refund me like she promised and this didn’t surprise the other rental worker who was able to straighten things out a few weeks later when I went to ask for the refund.
Good, affordable rental for a short haul. DO NOT FILL UP THE TANK.”

“I just moved to Golden, so this is now my local Ace Hardware and I couldn’t be happier about that. The staff is ALWAYS attentive and asking how they can help, always cheerful, and I’ve always left there with a solution to whatever house task I am going to tackle.
Also - I recently attended the Ladies Night that they held at the Ace Hardware and it was a blast . Appreciate that they had an event like that to show appreciation for customers”
