On time , very pleasant, very knowledgeable, ez to talk with and answer all my questions. And to make recommendations. I’m glad I researched and spoke with Vermont Castings, to re-discovered that Goodrich, had moved to a new larger location!!
I have already made my appointments for spring servicing for all of my rentals and my home.

Our evaporative cooler stopped working the day before a heat wave that had Denver at 100+ degrees. I spoke with two other companies; one couldn't get anyone out to our home for a week. The other could get someone out a little sooner but not soon enough. Goodrich sent two people to our home the next day. The guys were friendly and knowledgable and got our cooler working in an hour. Needless to say, I'm a huge fan!

I would have preferred a receipt at conclusion of work done. Also, service tech should have presented his company card and introduced himself. Let’s keep a business like relationship. Work was satisfactory tho extremely fast.
