Extremely poor customer service. If you're the only customer you might receive 5 star service; but God forbid you walk in when there's already a customer. The owner won't even acknowledge you. And you could be there a long time so bring a book. Can we pay extra to skip the stories about Mexico? 'This is just my passion bro, people keep getting their feelings hurt.' Well, if this keeps happening then the common denominator is you. Great selection of hard to come by tequila but this store is as pretentious as celebrities owning tequila brands.

Poor customer service. Waited 25+ minutes to ask about a tequila while the worker chatted with his buddy about his truck. He was not interested in helping me make a purchase. Looked like a great selection though

This liquor store has been serving Golden for decades but the revamp has elevated it into one of the most special liquor stores in the state. You can still get the freshest Coors sold anywhere here but also some of the most rare and sought after bottles out of Mexico. This store rocks

Great liquor store specializing in mezcals, tequilas and other agave spirits. They rebranded and reopened recently and have such an interesting and well priced selection of spirits, while still having crafts beers and liquor store staples. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too!

The beer here is very fresh and there is a great variety. In addition to liquors and wines. The service was good, although I think the cashier could be a little friendlier.

We were able to get some reasonably priced bottles of wine for pregaming at Golden Liquors. There is a decent selection of craft beers and spirits, but it's not a huge store. Didn't want to deal with the drama of finding a liquor store in Denver proper, so stopped here on our way into the city. Customer service was good and would go back again. P.S. for anyone trying to use a fake ID, they are very good at picking those out so don't come here for those purposes ;)

Greg & his doggo Bingo were awesome! We toured to Coors tour and got golden tickets. Greg let us scratch off our golden tickets and took the highest one, but really, Greg was really cool. My friends and I were really excited about the golden tickets & Greg indulged our excitement & was equally excited for us. So, I definitely recommend this place. Go stop by and see Greg and Bingo!!

Freshest Coors anywhere. Period. They carry a wide range of local beers and you can make your own 6pac. If you frequent regularly, you can request specific brews and it's highly likely they will be able to get them. Love the staff.
