I just moved to Golden, so this is now my local Ace Hardware and I couldn’t be happier about that. The staff is ALWAYS attentive and asking how they can help, always cheerful, and I’ve always left there with a solution to whatever house task I am going to tackle.
Also - I recently attended the Ladies Night that they held at the Ace Hardware and it was a blast . Appreciate that they had an event like that to show appreciation for customers

Since ACE Hardware came to Golden, I have always been very satisfied and impressed by their ever-ready and knowledgeable service and the availability of products for every home project or any other necessary items. They also chose an easily accessible store location, where parking is always easily available.

Joseph was very unpleasant to deal with as a manager. Having been a frequent customer of this ACE I will no longer return . His public display of rude customer service was appalling and he should be reprimanded.

Wow ask by several employees if I needed help after the 3rd one I said no manager said I was being rude told them I would shop elsewhere asked for his name he said u need to leave which I did but definitely would never recommend them or shop there agian was a loyal customer until now

We've recently moved to CO and so have made several visits to this store. It is well stocked and the staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. They have earned a customer for the long haul! I can not reccomend them highly enough.

I bought a grill and didn’t want to wait for delivery or assemble it myself. The Golden ACE manager helped load it into my SUV and offered to have it delivered for free. The customer service had always been first rate and friendly. I highly recommend this location

Apparently this store is owned by the same people that run the one over on green mountain. Similarly awesome employees! That being said the selection here is very limited compared to the green mountain one. I'll always choose their other store over this one. Kinda mind-boggling that they wasted the money to open a tiny store in this frankly ugly outdated strip mall that city council is no doubt salivating to scrape and replace with apartments ?

Worst ace that there is. The manager walks up and says im sorry but none of us know how to do fishing licenses. Just go somewhere else like he even recommended truly the most unprofessional response possible

I went in today to get a bottle jack and wanted to spend some time looking around to make sure I didn't need anything else so I took my product to the counter so I didn't have to carry it around with me because of slipped disks. Mind you, it's me, a small white girl, with two grown men and a teenage boy in the store. The ONLY people in the store.The owner (I guess?) and the other older employee started following me to the corner of the store and staring intensely and talking about me (to which I didn't realize most of it as I was just trying to browse) and then FINALLY confronted me that he HAD to watch me because he's had a problem with theft lately.I get it. That sucks.But don't make me feel uncomfortable when I'm in the furthest corner of the store from the door. Keep it to yourself like normal people who try to figure out if someone is stealing or kick me out. I'd rather chance being embarrassed letting you embarrass yourself for nothing, than be completely uncomfortable. I almost bought the mace at the check out counter with some poor advertising about why I might need it.
