Just had a super-positive experience with Daniel at the Golden location. I walked in with a pre-printed, pre-paid form, which he scanned. It didn't work. He tried another scanner, still didn't work. I was going to have to return home and email it to FedEx. Then, he remembered one more thing to try. It worked! Thank you, Danny! Your effort and attention to customer service was a bright spot in my day. What you do matters; you are appreciated!

Not one to write reviews for places like FedEx, but this site is really awesome. Every time I go to ship something the employees are not only super helpful, quick and efficient, but they're always carrying great vibes and friendliness. So far everything I've had them ship has been successful and on time

This review is specifically for Farres. I came in with a ton of stuff to ship for work, and it took a long time to get through. He was so patient and helpful. It took so long that we were pushing up against the cutoff time for the day, and I could tell the rest of the employees were frustrated that he let all the packages go through. I just wanted to share my appreciation for his help. He made my day.

BIG shout out to the print team - Braden and Carl who helped us out on a very special project! They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. My mother passed away recently and they helped us craft a beautiful memory card for her celebration of life. I highly recommend their services. It's rare these days to go somewhere that has a 'Can Do' attitude. Thanks very much Braden and Carl

I ship internationally a LOT, and the addresses can be confusing. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful while tackling my overseas challenges, and every shipment has made it to its destination. Thanks Golden FedEx!

We ordered a print and been told it would be ready in 2 hours,3 hours later, I was standing there being reprimanded by a woman in the printing department that this type of projects usually take 24 hours. She made sure to repeat it multiple times and that they were done for the day (though they were opened) and she said I needed to wait 10 more minutes and just never stopped reprimanding me that I was there to pick up the order that supposed to be ready over an hour ago. At first, I was even trying to be positive and was like:"Yay,looks great,it made my day..." But no, she was determined to make me feel guilty to come here, so she had to do her job. Printing quality-5. Customer service-0. There are other places with absolute amazing service, and we are definitely taking our business there.

Called to tell me they had a package for pickup, then when I called back to come pick up the package, the young man on the phone states "oh no we never called you it looks like your package is out for delivery" - came to this location to find out what happened a couple days later as I haven't received my package - and the golden fedex shipped my order back without any update. Long story short- if you have to deal with anyone in this location, expect a very low level of competency and service.
