Dylan made this experience what it was. Got in an unfortunate accident and needed a tow, he got there in about an hour, took great and careful care of my car to avoid further damage, and had the integrity to inform me that my rate could be lowered because my car had existing hooks, a thing I never would have known about. The ladies I spoke to on the phone that day were knowledgeable and helpful as well. Honest, professional, highly recommended. There is a cc processing fee.

Denver West Towing is exceptional! I’ve been having car issues all month. In and out of the dealership, trying to figure out why my hybrid (less than a year old) battery keeps malfunctioning. It’s been such a frustrating process. The vehicles was unsafe to drive so I called Denver West Towing. They came out within an hour. Dylan was beyond helpful. He was very kind and quick to help answer any questions I had. He took great care of my car while setting up the tow. I can tell he actually cares about providing superior customer service. He was in a great mood and it help reset my defeated attitude towards this whole experience. A smile and kind words are more powerful than you know. Hopefully I don’t need a tow ever again, but if I do, I’m calling Denver West. Thank you Dylan!!

They think they own the sidewalk in front of their business and think they can tell people what to do there. This is America man, public property is free for anyone to use in a legal manner. The rude gentleman that tried to run me off and get in my face and bully me needs to brush up on the law before he starts barking orders at someone he has no authority over. Video to be posted soon. They even went as far as to call the police for someone standing on a public sidewalk talking on their phone... Wasting resources..

Joey was very friendly and professional, and made a terrible day slightly less terrible. However, anyone using this company ought to be forewarned that their credit card processing system is archaic and dysfunctional - my bank confirmed that it was DWT's website that rejected my payment and not the bank, as was later confirmed when I used the exact same card to withdraw from an ATM with no problem. My reason for deducting two stars comes from that, and the fact that the driver had no change for the eventual cash payment, and I was therefore charged an extra 20 dollars on top of an already expensive bill - all because their computer payment system failed when it mattered.

The office screams xenophobia with a bold "we speak English" sign. I was monitored very closely taking my own possessions out of my own car. Every time I moved around my car this really bizarre woman followed me and she even told me I could not take my plates off my car or my phone mount and would just need to buy a new one for my own safety. Lol I work a very physical job and put those things on my car so I can definitely get them off. They held some of my property and my plates from me because of this ridiculous rule so if my plates get stolen and used in a crime it's because Denver West Towing doesn't allow you to prevent that and protect yourself. The woman attendant appears to hate her job (I'm sure it's not a pleasant one) and asked about the bags I brought with me and how much stuff I had in my car right when I walked in which is none of her business and immediately made me uncomfortable. She then escorted me over and watched me very creepily the entire time while two other women were in the yard unattended. While removing items from my car she asked if I had more belongings to get from the car after approximately 8 minutes in a very rude tone. I said yes. I had not walked away and my car doors were open; I was opening the trunk. I advised her it was my property and I could take as long as I wanted. She then had a strong reaction and said that she asked because my doors were open(?). Unsure of how she could not figure out I was getting stuff with the doors open and me actively in and out of the vehicle. Really really weird behavior. She then followed me to the vehicle I drove there and stared at me from the street. When I started the vehicle she then went back inside. Left totally baffled by the degree she went to to be unpleasant. I definitely think this place lacks interpersonal skills and compassion but also just know they will tell you that you can't take your plates off and you can and should remove them.

Rob thinks he's God's gift to the towing industry but other than throwing his little temper tantrums and showing what a real stupid ass he is he's nothing a washed up has been and everyone should boycott his business and cns if they continue to support him
