I have purchased 2 bikes from Commencal USA with in the last 6 months Meta HT AM Essential and a Meta TR V4 and I think they are great bikes for the price. However I feel their return policy could be more customer friendly.

Commencal came through for me helping with a SRAM warranty issue. They were so easy and helpful to work with, and provided the very best customer service. I can’t express enough appreciation for everyone’s support. Beyond that, I could not be happier with my FRS frame. Zero complaints. Highly recommend Commencal and the team there in Golden. Thank you!

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and not snotty at all like Elevation Cycles or now Mike's Bikes... they changed the name, I wonder if they changed their attitude too? Anyway, these guys love rising and its shows, go support local!

Purchased a second hand bike from one of commencals partners and everything went wrong, but Ruan, Conner, and the entire team worked with me through the entire process to find one resolution after another.In the end I'm satisfied. These bikes are amazing and commencal usa showed a high level of support and patience.On a high note... they probably have the best shipping/packing crew in the industry. Everything is extremely well packed, and shipped super fast.When a company shows up like this for challenging situations that are no fault of thier own it means more than anything. #commencalforlife.

I do not do reviews on any bike companies, but this one needed to be done. Commencal makes exceptional bikes, but this is not what this review is about. It is about how exceptional their customer services is. In this day in age customer service is poor and very few companies focus on this part of the business. I ordered a Ramones 20" for my sons 6th birthday. I called on a Monday to ask about the status of the order (son's birthday on Thursday). At first they could not find the order. Once Commencal found the order, they apologized for the inconvenience and ask me what size my son was, so they could add some swag to the order for free. This was great but, that was not all. The bike was being shipped from their CA hub to WV. Commencal then took it on themselves to have the bike delivered on my sons birthday. Thank you Ruan and the Commencal Clan. My son will be smiling ear to ear today.

BEWARE!!! PAINT ON BIKES ARE TAIWANESE AND HORRIBLE!!! WE HAVE 3 BIKES THAT HAVE BEEN TAKENNOUT OUNCE. THEY SCRATCH FROM THE EASIEST TOUCH. CAN NOT FIND TOUCH UP PAINT, HAVE MANY HOURS AND DAYS DRIVING AROUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN TELLS YOU AT COMENCAL (GOOD LUCK ). HORRIBLE PRODUCT

Recently picked up a bike from the shop that I ordered a couple weeks ago. I stopped in the shop prior to ordering and spoke with Tanner, he was super helpful and answered all my questions. The bike came out great and the pickup went smooth.

Had an issue with the novatech hub that came on my bike that caused the freewheel to seize. The conversation between novatech and commencal took some time but after they were able to pinpoint the issue, Commencal’s mechanic was able to get my bike working again within a day.Overall pretty happy with the customer service and the fact they were willing to work with me on multiple occasions to get the bike fixed.

Phone went straight to voicemail multiple times, so I took my lunch to go over here. The rep was nice, but couldn’t be bothered to help me. He just told me they didn’t have my size, and offered no other options or help, he clearly had better things to do.

Nico was a great help! I went Into the showroom looking to see what I wanted. He allowed me to ride his personal bike and dillon lemarr bike to see which size fit me best. Super cool guys and the showroom is clean. They know exactly what they r talking about and aren't pushy sales people!

Very helpful staff! I was having a hard time picking out the right bike online so I came in to see them in person and they had a few on display and even allowed me to ride one of their personal bikes to test out the fit and parts. They took the time to understand my riding style and recommend one of the bikes I was leaning toward buying. If you are on the fence about one of their bikes I highly recommend visiting them.

Professional and friendly staff. I visited Commencal’s Golden, Colorado showroom to take a look at the Meta TR 29 before I decide to purchase the bike. As soon as I walked in the door Ryan approached me and said hi right away and asked me how he can help me. He proceeded to answer all my questions and show me the bikes on the floor. Although they did not have the Meta TR 29 in the showroom, his personal bike was the Meta TR so he shows that to me and goes through what would be different since he’s upgraded some parts on his own bike. He also shows me the components on the computer just to confirm some of my questions and pulls a bike from the stockroom just so I can see a particular color I was interested in. Great customer service especially during COVID since some bike shops I’ve visited didn’t spend much time with me since they don’t really need to sell the bikes because of the high demand. They make my buying decision that much better! Will definitely recommend visiting their showroom and their bikes are some of the best designed mountain bikes I’ve seen around. Great value bikes spec’d with good components and parts. The build quality looks to be top notch.
