First off, I want to say that I am very satisfied with the behind-the-screen amplifier they installed; it works great. However, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and responsiveness to my requests. I traveled from Wyoming specifically to upgrade my sound system, but the representative refused to provide me with upgrade options within my budget. Instead, they keep suggesting prohibitively expensive options.
Despite clearly stating my budget, the representative overlooked it and insists on selling me $2,500 worth of equipment, which is not what I want. I specifically requested an upgrade to my factory speakers, which I was initially told would cost $250 to $300 for the front and another $250 to $300 for the rear. Given my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Excellent prompt service from start to finish! Installation was seamless with great product quality and ideally suited for my needs. I would highly recommend Colorado Car Audio to anyone, especially over the more mainstream companies.

I'm so happy with my results. Colorado Car Audio is the best. Zack and the gentleman that installed my dash cam and woofer were so personable and made me feel confident that they would take care of me and they did just that. I'm in love with my audio system. They're the best. I highly recommend! In this day and time it's so refreshing to know that there are still good people that love what they do and provide excellent customer service. ??

Awesome people to work with. Talked with Zach over the phone several times. Sent me quotes for the work to be done. Added something the day of the instal, things couldn't have gone better. Great workmanship, so helpful and friendly. Would definitely use CCA again and will also send people their way.

Highly recommend! I went to get a full sound system in my car and everyone there was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. I could not be happier with the build and install quality. I was a little hesitant to do it because of the price but it was worth every penny. They also got the whole system installed and set up within 1 day and I was able to pick it up the day I dropped it off. If you want to get a premium quality sound system installed in your car, this is your place!!

I came to them with a problem which they noted that they *could* address, but dissuaded me from pursuing it because of likeliness of complications arising in the future. Rare to find that level of honesty and willingness to forego business. I will absolutely find a way to give them my business someday in the future! Really respectable guys.

This is the 2nd stereo we have had installed in one of our cars. The Guys at Colorado Car Audio are friendly, helpful, and stand behind their work. We have had a car stereo installed by a chain place in the past, and found that other wires were disconnected in the process. This place did quality work on both the cars we put a stereo in. We have had no problems, and love the system we got. Marshall spent a lot of tie when we got our car back to make sure we understood all of the features on our new system. We highly recommend this place to get a stereo and speakers installed. They are top quality!
