I wish I had read these reviews before I started with this pharmacy. They sent me 2 defective dispensers of a product and I drove an hour to pick up a 3rd one. Also defective after 1-2 uses. I called and left a message for someone to give me more info and report the issue. I guess at this point they decided I was more trouble than I was worth and never called me back. Moving on!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! ANOTHER LOCAL COMPOUNDING PHARMACY KEPT TELLING ME ONE MORE WEEK. I CALLED AND THEY FILLED IT THE NEXT DAY!! THE ONLY COMPOUNDING PHARMACY I WILL EVER USE. AND THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE BETTER THAN THE OTHER PLACE AND HALF THE PRICE OF A COMPOUNDING PHARMACY IN DENVER. BEST PART - THE BAG WAS A GOOD TOY FOR MY GOAT!!

Absolutely wonderful compounding pharmacy! We were in a pinch trying to get some medication to prevent altitude sickness for our daughters for a last minute trip to the mountains from TX. I called several places and everyone (in TX and Denver) that I tried said 3-5 days. Coast to Coast said absolutely and filled it in a couple hours. So appreciative of their speed, caring customer service, and knowledgeable staff. Also, their storefront is darling and well stocked with all kinds of OTC supplements and information and niceties.Thanks again Coast to Coast! Wish y’all were in TX too so we could use y’all regularly!

So sick of this place, I will NEVER deal with them again. Most of the time they are rude to me on the phone. Because of how rude they usually are and the fact that it is so far away, I have been considering asking my doctor for a different compounding pharmacy to fill my prescription. On 3-14-23, I called at 9:43am to ask for a refill. I was only able to leave a voicemail because nobody answered. I left my name, phone number, and the refill info and asked if it was possible to get it as soon as possible. They sent me a text at 10:11am saying they got my voicemail and were currently processing my prescription. I heard nothing from them again until I called them on Friday, the 17th at 9:57am to ask about it. This time a woman answered; and surprisingly, she was not rude. I asked when it might be ready, because I live all the way across town and have to plan for this trip. At first she could not find it, then she went to check on it, came back and said it would probably be ready later that day. I can't help wonder if they just tossed it aside. I heard nothing more from them again until Monday, the 20th. I have contacted my doctor to let him know I want to deal with a different compounding pharmacy from now on. I considered not even picking up this one and just sticking them with it, but I did not do that. Too bad for them that I believe in leaving Google reviews. Really rotten customer service.

This place is phenomenal! The owner, Wendy & her staff have helped me in so many ways! They took the time to educate me and not just about the medicines my doctors asked them to make for me! They helped me understand what was happening in my body. I received so much empathy and support from these folks that it literally blew me away! A dear friend visited COAST TO COAST to pick up my medicines when I was unable to drive, and when she returned with my prescriptions she delivered a bag of supportive remedies that the pharmacy thought would be helpful. These were gifted to me in hopes they would help me, and they did help! I wish I’d known about this place sooner! I simply can’t say enough great things about this place! They care about their patients deeply! They’ve made a big difference to me and my health journey! I highly recommend calling Coast to Coast Compounding for all of your medication, supplement, and health needs!

If I had an option to rate it at half of a star. I would normally I have had no issues with the staff but today I was very disappointed in every one in the office. I called in advanced to make sure there was enough time to fill my script since I was coming from Aurora I wanted to make sure there was enough time. I was told there would be enough time when I got there, there was one person in front of me and the cashier took close to 15 min asking her things that’s were not related to her script burning time so by the time she took my script they only had about 50 min before they closed almost instantly the manager said I no long had time and had to wait till Monday I work and go to school so it is difficult for me to make the long drive to the only pharmacy that fills this particular script. I was a bit disappointed but left my script and said I would be back to pick it up Monday... As I left a woman behind me dropped off the same script and they were able to make hers with no problem she even told me it was messed up they did not help me when she stepped outside. I get a strong feeling it’s because I am a minority and the woman behind me was white. I cried in my car and will find another place that makes this medication because this is unethical and unexceptionable

Cute place, friendly receptionist, but our Drs office put the order in on Fri the tenth said spoke to them they were working on it, I called and had to put the order in again on Tuesday the 14th with her on the phone for a refill, she said ready tomorrow I said oh I probably won't make it down there until Friday just called today Fri, and they're not even ready. I planned my day around this so very inconvenient.

We left another compounding pharmacy due to terrible customer service. Coast to Coast is the dream standard for customer service. They'll work strenuously to help you with anything they possibly can and they stay in contact with you unlike anything I've ever had before.

Very unprofessional staff. I have to call numerous times to get a simple question answered. I have to request numerous times to not include chemicals that are not part of my prescription. I have experienced times where I had to drive all the way back due to their mistakes. Seems like the entire staff is half asleep. Also had staff who knows absolutely nothing about me and my conditions coerce my prescriber to not increase my medication to the point the prescriber and I agreed upon. That wasted days of time. and both my prescribe and myself are highly paid individuals where time is money. I would rather pay more money for quality service and products elsewhere.
