I opened my Chase account about a week ago, the employees at this branch were kind and made it super easy. Also, because I opened a new account right before I was paid at work, there was a hold on my paycheck. The customer service line gave me different answers each time I called over several days, but the employees at this branch, within 1 call, were able to solve my problem and release the funds. I love coming to this branch! The minute I walk in they greet me by my name before I can even put my card in. I love that level of customer service. They have always been extremely helpful and friendly. This is by far the best Chase Bank branch due to their exceptional customer service. They are quick, efficient, and go above and beyond.

They need to update their hours to reflect reality. Very frustrating to spend an hour driving to a branch that isn't open when they say they are. Seems to be a pattern for all the branches in this area.

Long story short my sister has been stealing money from my mother with dementia. I came to this branch for help and the entire staff has been so helpful getting my mother taken care of. I highly recommend anyone who needs help from someone who actually cares and has integrity to visit this branch. A special shout out to Carlos and Michael the manager.

I had some very important financial forms to fill out and had no idea how to even begin. Alex took a big portion of his times to help me get them done. Jeff and Michael spent time with me trying to get everything done and went over and above what they needed to do. I have never dealt with a bank that is so friendly and helpful. You're very fortunate to have such special people working for you. They made it possible for me to get the papers completed. I thank them for all they did.

I've been with Chase for over 30 years, and several branch interactions later, this branch is the most pleasant. Very nice people, courteous, clean, professional. I feel for Collin that yes, the Chase policies are to hold large deposits for up to 7 days. The staff was very open with me and told me the date that it would be released and it prints on the receipt as well.

Chase bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with.I recently moved to CO from WI and opened an account on Feb. 7 and deposited $23,900 of my hard earned money with no problem.On Feb. 18 without notice or notification from chase in any way, they closed the account and mailed a check for the balance to my OLD address!I did not find out until Mar. 10 when I earned the privilege of finding out how bad chase customer service is. Over 7 hours on hold over 3 different calls as I get transferred, lied to, and hung up on multiple times or just get transferred to a dept that is closed but the phones keep ringing...I have been chase"ing" my money and trying to get it back since Mar. 10 and still do not have it.I was recently told the check was mailed to the wrong address in wi again after being in the branch and providing updated address in person while on the phone with fraud.They now tell me 10 days to cancel the check and 6 days for it to be mailed.Chase does NOT care about its customers. Expect no help on most issues with associates at branches as you get the corporate drone responses/lies, and ridiculous wait times on hold just to get transferred and be on hold again.You tube "why chase sucks"

I can't say enough about the staff at the bank. 1st, I would like to talk about Michael Castillo, the branch manager. Michael put the PTA Board in touch with the right people - therefore saving the Board lots of time on setting up our account. Michael didn't make us feel that our questions were inappropriate. He continued to answer our questions until we were comfortable. Jordan Hogan set up the account for us. Our account is rather challenging as we are a 501C but we didn't feel any of the "pain" that most 501c3 accounts may feel. Jordan was knowledgeable and quick to set up the account. Grzegorz Robakowski is well versed on all Chase products and was able to suggest and navigate us into something that works well for our PTA Board. lastly, Chase has reached out to us on a few different times to make sure we have everything we need. Thank you to all the Chase employees we spoke to along the way. We can't recommend them enough.
