“This location is awesome to work with! Staff is friendly and they get you in and out, I did my reservation online and scheduled it for a different location. I drove to this one to pick my rental up because for some reason it wasn't at the location I requested but because of their awesome customer service that didn't even matter! “Omer and his team really saved us on our trip to Colorado. We originally rented a Tesla from the Denver Airport but was not informed that we’d need to request a charging adapter for Tesla (this was our first time renting/driving an EV). Fast forward a few hours later, we realized that the town we’re staying in has no charging stations available without this adapter. We stopped into this location praying they might have an adapter for us to borrow but were able to switch us to a gas vehicle to save future headache. I will forever be grateful for Omer and his compassion towards us.”

“Progressive rented a car for me from this location when I had my car in the shop due to an accident. The person who dropped the car off to me at the body shop and the one I talked to when I returned the car to the office location were lovely to talk to and very nice. I forgot to fill up the gas tank before returning because I was running to get my car at the body shop before it closed and the gentleman working could tell I was frazzled. He said he would give me a lower price for filling the gas tank. Then, I got a call from them today confirming the receipt of the vehicle and saying they would lower the price more if I filled out a survey, which I was happy to do either way because of the great service!
The car itself was clean and well-maintained. The only small issue I had was the tire pressure being low in one of the tires when I received the car and honestly I just went and filled it up myself to save myself the hassle. I’m sure they would have fixed it if I had contacted them. Overall, great experience. The office was clean and the workers were respectful even though it seemed they were a tad understaffed. I recommend this location!”

We weren’t renting from this location but had a question / needed to modify our rental agreement on a car we had picked up at the airport. “We rented a Toyota 4Runner for a few days with a pop up tent above. It was a great setup for two people. Perfect vehicle for easy and moderate 4x4 trails. Great for quick tent set up and all the items you need for remote camping. Gaylord was extremely responsive and helpful! We loved to get to places that almost nobody else was at. Highly recommend!”
