My poor neighborhood carwash has been taken over by this company. The carwash damaged my side mirror which led to a lengthy discussion with the Take 5 claims department, resulting in me not hearing back from them. After more than a month this has not been resolved. Miss the old Black Diamond carwash that was here before they were bought out. Will not be returning.
Reply: Called the provided line multiple times during standard business hours, no one answered, no way to leave a voicemail.

I have been going to Take 5 Car Wash on West Colfax for about a year.
There has been great investment in equipment and people at this location. The service is outstanding.
I really like the wash itself but the free vacuums, cleaning solutions and towels put Take 5 over the top.
Please open more locations...closer to my home on Kipling/Colfax!

Went in today cause the car wash at the gastion I go to wasn't open. I'm not happy I asked if they could spray my truck on the passenger side also cause what good does it do if you only spray one side. And the younger kid said ok so he told the old guy with the sprayer and it looked like he was pissed off that he was asked. And he still didn't spray the passenger side only the front and driver. And when I was in the car wash it stopped so my truck didn't get rinsed off good. So now I have spots and I still had dirt on the back of my truck. And I payed $27.00 and thought it would be a better wash. Not happy

Keeping it clean. Belleview is the best location. Colfax diluted the cleaning supplies.

This is my first time here and it's completely different experience from the location on Santa Fe. I don't I'll ever go back to the Santa Fe on, this location is top notch.

Had a definite five star experience at Take 5 car wash in Golden. Had 1,700 Mi of road grime and bugs, and decided to check this place out. The attendant saw the condition of my car and offered to let me run it through a second time if I wasn't satisfied. How cool is that? My car looked great after the second time and boy their vacuums really suck! Keep up the good work Take 5!

Been coming here for 2 years since the new company bought it out within the last 8 months this place has gone downhill, machines barely work, including the ones that actually wash your car! they don’t even rinse the car down anymore before you head into the car wash, inconsiderate employees. Let it be known this will be my last month paying for monthly service taking my services somewhere else !

5/30/24 update not only do some of the vacuums not suck or do their job today the air was out so I couldn’t get the dirt out I wanted. Also the carpet cleaner is still out of order !!?? -stars
Does a great job!! Free vacuum!!
For the fourth time this mat cleaner does not work, free vacuums are great

The wash was good. The vacuum are okay but the guy at the beginning was awfully pushy about the monthly service. Just did not want to take no for an answer.
