I have had very good experiences with this bank. I've worked directly with Cindy to set up and make adjustments to accounts on multiple occasions, and I have appreciated her help as a notary public, as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bank also has ample parking and a drive through teller option. The website is easy to use and I love that I can categorize transactions to help with record keeping.

This is the WORST Bank of the West branch. It should just be closed permanently because it gives Bank of the West a bad image. The tellers clearly hate their jobs, and the customers. Everytime we go here, the teller has such a bad attitude. We dread making deposits. I usually go out of my way to a whole different bank of the west just to avoid the terrible attitude of the staff that works here. The lobby is closed A LOT. Meaning if you are making deposits on foot, you will be forced to wait out in the cold, in the car line, which seems like a liability in and of itself. Seriously. Avoid this place at all costs. Find a different bank of the west, any brach would be better then this one!

I recently had the pleasure of using this bank while on vacation and they were so welcoming and friendly! They helped me resolve my complex banking issue with ease. I just want to say keep up that great customer service!!

Awful customer service. Rude employees and not one of them is proficiently trained. There online systems are as useless as there staff. They have made me sign the same paperwork three times because they couldn't find it. I have done business with this branch for years and continued to despite bad service simple for its locational convenience. I'll be taking my business and my businesses business elsewhere. Pathetic

I got in touch with a banker here because I was unable to sign into their mobile app for remote deposits during COVID when the lobby was closed. After talking to the rep I was told I needed to "update my accounts" in order to use the banking service app. I had to come in to do this (it seems this company can't do anything with your accounts unless your physical body is in the bank - for whatever reason). I spent over an hour answering question after question while she typed in information into her terminal and then was told after the "systems updated" the online/app access would be available. Guess what! The online access has the same problem - it still won't let me log in via the mobile ap. I called the representative and she ... wait for it ... asked me to come in - I guess she wants to spend another hour of my time collecting information. Do you think SHE followed up with ME to see if things were working after she collected the information? Nope! Run don't walk from this ridiculous bank.

Terrible customer service. They put my Zelle service on hold saying they couldn't verify my ID. I called them, they confirmed my ID, then couldn't text my cell for a required code, telling me I needed to go to the bank in person. I did so, and the lobby was closed for some unstated reason. I waited in line behind one car at the driveup, it never moved in 20 minutes. I tried the ATM, it initially rejected cash withdrawal as over the limit. What a PITA.

I’m still waiting for my debit card, it’s been 2 months now. The first time I had set up with them I waited 3 months for my debit card and then the pin was having issues. I had to cancel that card because there were purchases that weren’t mine from online orders and now I’ve been waiting for my new card for 2 months and I payed the fee for it to be shipped fast. And if you call the number on their site for help it takes you to a sex line! This is a bank, that’s unprofessional! You need to update your numbers

Never never never use this bank. They are incredibly sleezy and unethical. Maybe all banks are but our experience with these guys is BAD. They screwed up on a loan, gave us 5 days to respond over Chrostmas week then sent immediatly to collections. Never missed a payment ever. Stay away
