EXCELLENT SERVICE. After years of frustration with my Volvo XC90 dealership, I was referred to Anderson. They discovered my issues were covered under warranty, which the dealership had refused to honor. With Anderson's help, I was able to get the dealership to comply.
I've since used Anderson for all my maintenance needs and couldn't be happier—great service, communication, and prices.

My husband and I were moving out of state and I had taken my car to another auto body shop to fix my door lock and driver side window. After 3 weeks they hadn’t fixed it and actually made it worse. With only one week left until we had to leave, I begged Anderson’s to help me. They went above and beyond and got my car back to me in 3 days. I love these guys! They have always done an amazing job working on my car. Their quotes are clear and easy to understand so you are never surprised by additional charges.

Second time coming to Andersen's for a tune up on my 09 VW rabbit. Clear diagnostics(with PHOTOS!!!), honest, kind, communicative and great pricing. Found leaks handful of other shops could not find. Car rides solid, great warranty coverage, great to feel supported if anything else needs repair. Would recommend for all foreign car service needs!

I highly endorse Anderson's Foreign Car Repair. Their honesty and reasonably priced services (comparable to domestic car services) are a bonus. The exceptional service, expertise, and dedication displayed by their team set them apart, in stark contrast to the mediocrity within the auto repair industry that we see today. I am highly satisfied and trust in their abilities. They have won me over. I highly recommend them for all foreign car repairs. I probably shouldn't hit anymore potholes. That doesn't help. Andersen's is my go-to car repair service for my BMW X5 Diesel. They are personable, professional and so much more reasonable in cost than any dealer. Plus, they take the time to explain what's going on and never do unnecessary work. I know I can trust them. I appreciate their approach very much.

This place is great, I've been using them for several years. I've taken my VW here for regular maintenance, and I also get diesel emissions testing done here for my truck. Every time I've had a great experience - absolutely zero complaints

Andersens has been servicing our Volvos for at least 6 years. Always courteous, helpful, trustworthy and reliable, cost is fair. Most recently Firestone in Evergreen lost my tire locks/key (went to Firestone in a pinch, mistake, Firestone lost my tire key while installing snow tires) but the bottom line is that Andersen’s worked kindly, patiently, helpfully to resolve this ( they couldn’t complete my brake work, due to Firestone error, until I had a new set from dealer). Had a loaner from Andersens even. They made a lot of phone calls on my behalf to assist. Prior to the brake appointment they reviewed the brakes at last minute to ensure I was safe to drive as I had dashboard notification right before Christmas). Andersens is a “true gem” business whose focus is on customer safety, experience and value. And the front office is kind and helpful too!

The team was great. They got me in on short notice and were able to complete the work on time. Next time I go back (which I definitely will!), I'll be sure to ask for specific pricing details up front, but the work performed was complete, the service was great and the pricing is fair.
