Awfully hard to communicate with an employee who cannot speak english. Sorry if it sounds mean…it really hinders even a basic transaction. I had to give up and just leave.

night guy is rude with bad behavior I ask for food and he say no food in night, he used Indian language and it sounded very bad and he seems like a very negative person.

Disgruntled, ignorant employees.
I was here Saturday 6/1 at 8:30 at night.
I have never been treated the way the manager talks to humans. This 7-Eleven is an absolutely terrible experience with overpriced products and panicked stress based on whatever the employees are working on in the back room. They don't give a flying eff about any customers.
This store is a nightmare of mean people.
I've already sent you a message on the 711 review website and there is no response or accountability for anything. Your employees are super aggressive to their own customers trying to buy items and simply get a receipt. The worst convenience store experience I have ever had in my life was here. Thanks.
I'd never go here for anything. The workers are super angry. At each other? Or something. I don't understand.

Indian guy isn't very professional hes always on his phone while ringing me up. About a month ago I came into this 711 around 2 am and he had a problem with me walking past him saying I stepped in his sweeping pile which I did not and started hurling insults at me he needs to take customers service classes if he's going to be acting unprofessional and rude around customers

This is my favorite 7-11. I go there almost everyday and over the last year things have gotten much better. The two young men from India who are there literally everyday are a true asset to your store. They are hard working, dedicated employees. Their interactions with myself and other customers is always pleasant and professional. They're great at keeping the checkout line moving in the mornings when it's busy which is a huge plus. The store is always clean and well stocked. And now Julie is back which makes things even better. She always has a smile and is super friendly. I hope the management team recognizes and rewards the outstanding customer service that these employees give. Good help is hard to find these days and you have some keepers so treat them well. Infact, give them a raise! They all deserve one.

I'm going to do you folks a solid here. Corporate, if you're reading this, you need to have a discussion with your night shift there. The stench of body odor hits your customers like a ton of bricks when the door is opened. These guys need to wear deodorant. Their odor is off-putting and offensive.Also, why don't they ever have hot foods available like hot dogs and taquitos at night? The grill is always empty.

This place used to be well maintained, but ever since a bunch of foreigners from India or Nepal or wherever took it over a couple of months ago, it's gone downhill. I decided to give them 3 chances anyway. Each experience was the same: rude employees and long lines while employees care more about stocking shelves than checking people out at the register, when ringing you up they are talking on their phones, super filthy floors, never keeping straws or plastic forks stocked, etc.They don't ever keep fresh grill items like before, and even if they did, I won't eat them because of how filthy their floors and drink stations are. No concept of cleanliness or good customer service whatsoever. Won't ever be back.

11:50am 7/1/2023 their cashier flashed the hand held item scanner INTO MY FACE AND EYES at arms length distance and smiled at me. There was no provocation nor explanation. I left completely confused.

Typical haji. Won’t do his job and doesn’t care if it affects you.Conveniently, there’s a Rocket right across the street. They will smile and talk to you and take care of whatever issues you have. And they always seem to have the products in stock.
