We have had a lot of repairs done here, we have commissioned custom items here, we have purchased “off the shelf” items here. They redesigned my wife’s originally purchased wedding ring, did an amazing job. To say Nathan and his crew are anything short of miracle workers is just not true. I have done numerous transactions with him, recommend him to many friends and clients with nothing but stellar reviews and accolades. Nathan is an ethical person to do business with, you can trust him and his team.

I took my gold ring to get enlarged a bigger size. Nathan seemed nice enough and had it done. It cost about $250. About a month later I saw a wear spot on the ring and my finger started getting a green mark. I took it to my old honest reliable jeweler in Palm Springs, CA and he was appalled I got charged considering it wasn’t even gold! He fixed it for free and just sent it back to me. I am so furious with these guys. Thank goodness I didn’t buy any of their overpriced jewelry.

A family member recommended I take my engagement ring to Watkins to be resized. I walked in and they had it completed within an hour! Another ring company quoted me 4 weeks but I didn’t want to go that long without it. Such a wonderful place and they took such a great care of my ring. I will forever bring all my jewelry here!

I had a pair of hoop earrings that I adored very much that broke — the claps was rubbed down and wouldn’t stay clipped — I took them in and walked out with them repaired within 5 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and understood how important this fix was to me; if you have ANY issues with jewelry, they are the people to go to!!

Nate is a genuine good soul. He is far from racist. Nate has always shown kindness and caring and that kindness and caring is evident in his being as well as in his business. My custom piece was created 25+ years ago and I get compliments on it on a regular basis.
