I was just there today and Indira spent so much time trying to find the code I needed to get free shipping on my returns. And smiled all the time. So sweet. I’m 87 and I would go there to shi always. And look for her. Thank you Indira. I hope I spelled her name right. ??

Ran into a stressful situation trying to get packages quickly sent to me that were accidentally dropped at wrong location, and went into this UPS today to get help rather than try to figure it out online. I wish I had just figured it out on my own. Both sales reps on duty (one might be manager?) made me feel bad for asking questions, with one of them saying “I already answered this,” when I clearly just needed clarification or wasn’t understanding. I was completely forgiving when one of them made a mistake in the label-making, but when I made a mistake in the amount of insurance I needed, causing them to create a new label, they audibly sighed and made comments under their breath like “I thought this was already done,” that made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. As someone who works in customer service myself, I hope I never make anyone feel this way when they are seeking assistance. I will not use UPS again if I can help it.

On August 26, I accompanied a friend who was shipping three or four heavy boxes of clothing and household items internationally. We were ignorant of Customs rules mandating that the contents of each box had to be itemized. We ended up opening all of the boxes, sorting, tossing, repackaging, and listing all the details, right there in the store, with Miguel‘s help and the help of his fantastic crew. Miguel and his staff were gracious and patient and helped us get through that task, with a bit of humor added, much easier than would otherwise have been done.

This man didn't like the way we parked and came outside and was hollering at us to repark. I felt like we were being attacked by this irate man. Our packages were ready to go, all we had to do was drop them off. He continued to yell and complain while we were inside. I sure hope our packages get where they are going. We will never go back there again.

I send a package at the store in Glenwood Springs it never arrived so I tried calling the manager and he was such a jerk he didn't help me at all but he brag about him working there for 25 years what a joke I think people need to do there job not be fighting with a woman ?

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in a business. Stopped by to pick up a package and the lady starts yelling at me about a tracking number and talking down to me and everyone else in the store. She must be one of these geniuses that thinks everyone else in the world is stupid. I don’t care about the inner working of your business. Just want to get my package. What a jerk.

I don't know if we've just been catching the owner at a bad time or what, but he's been quite rude both times we've been here. He really should learn how to act around customers better, or perhaps deal with his stress in a healthier way and not take it out on complete strangers. I was shocked to hear him complain about how 'swamped' he was when he only had two customers in his store. Maybe I missed something but it's not good business practice to make your paying customers feel like a burden and rush them out because you're so busy.

Brought in a bunch of random Amazon returns and they not only found a creative and cheap way to shop the returns, but we’re aw and welcoming and even pause the shipping cost I owed because I didn’t have cash. Solid people! Thanks again!

I visited this UPS location to process several returns. I had one item that Amazon required me to package, which I had not noticed before leaving the house. At other UPS locations, I've been offered a bag free of charge (subject to availability). Not here. Here they charge $2/bag. Thinking that I had a 'free to me' solution, I ran out to my truck and got a box. When I came back with it, I was informed that it was $3 for tape and another $3 for scissors. The woman refused to give me her name and justified her nastiness to me by saying I was being rude to her daughter (the person who was helping me, who was actually very nice and helpful). I will not be using this establishment ever again and highly recommend you take your business to another UPS location where the staff is not blatantly rude.
