I want to thank each and every person who works there. Everyone was kind and attentive when I found out that the same purchase had been charged twice. They immediately did everything on their part to reimburse me for that money. Thank you for that spectacular customer service, so unique. I was recommended by a coworker to go here. The place is cute I love how it's laid out however, be aware the prices are very expensive but the clothes and the shoes are very cutest.

I bought a pair of shoes and they had accidentally given me the wrong size for one of the shoes. I didn’t realize until I got home and wasn’t able to make the trip back to Glenwood, so the owner of Treadz personally drove over 30 miles to bring me the right shoe and fix the mistake! Great customer service! And I love the shoes!

Cool stuff but the customer service was...weird. We were bombarded by 3 different workers each came to us several times. The last time I thanked them for being attentive but asked if they could let us think about if we wanted something. Then he rolled his eyes at us and was SO rude! We walked out after that. Too bad because we loved the stuff they had.

At the past suggestion of my wife and Ana Karen Screen, once in a Calendar year, I make my annual pilgrimage to Treadz in Glenwood Springs to make my yearly shoe purchase. This year was no different; after going hunting in my dress shoes, a purchase was in order. If you have not visited Treadz yet, I would recommend them for quality products at reasonable prices. And should you see these cruel shoes shopping in style in the downtown corridor, you know where to buy yourself a pair.
