My first and last time going into this or any other target ever again. I ordered something online and payed for it and went to pick it up at this store and was told that the order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. Don't sell me something that shows in stock at this store and then tell me it's not in stock at this store. What a waste of time, gas to drive to pick it up. Birthday was crap because of this crock of crap
Also, I tried calling target 3 different times and 2 different departments on the night I placed the online order and nobody answered the phone on any of those 3 phone calls in either department I called.

Ordering on-line was convenient. Return policy was a little confusing from what I was first told. It required a picture sent to my email. Many seniors such as myself do not have that capability.

I had a great experience with a return, no wait, used my target circle app with no issues and even after taking the tags off the item they took it back no issue. Team member was super friendly and willing to help!
