Went in to get a screen protector. They did not have one, and did not offer to order one. My battery is not holding a charge, and employee told me to go to a website to make an insurance claim which she said she was unable to access as an employee. However when a phone malfunctions the T-Mobile app says to contact T Mobile directly. The app stated claims are for accidental damage, theft or loss, which is not my concern.

Nice people working there However, there are extremely long wait times and very pushy sales people refuse to take no for an answer. Refuse to sell you the product you want and push more expensive products on you...seriously thinking about going to verizon if this continues with t mobile.

I have never received such exceptional service as I did in Glendwood Springs' T- Mobile phone store. John Aldridge and Alycia Wilber are professionals that handle business in the most efficient way. Their confidence and ability enabled me to comfortability purchase T-Mobile Home Internet, Blue iPad (10th Gen), and Titanium iPhone 15.

I came in today with my iPhone not working due to a botched esim activation. They quickly took care of my issue. While I waited for the number port, my rep made sure I was aware of current promotions, T-Mobile home internet, and filled me in on Apple Watch. Very helpful. I am so thankful for the team of experts at T-Mobile in Glenwood Springs.

I had a great experience in the store today. Walked in and there were 20 people in the lobby. I thought it was going to take forever but the staff worked through the line very quickly. They helped me hook up my new phone and I was out of there 5 minutes later.

Bought a phone here yesterday and had the most pleasant experience. The whole staff is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. The complicated process of changing phones was seamless and easy!
