Waited 2+ weeks and they ordered the wrong glass both times. The Asst. Mgr. Anthony was incredibly rude and unapologetic and tried to blame me for their mistake. i talked to the headquarters and they were no help either. worst customer service i think i have ever received in my life.

These guys replaced the windshield to my car in a jiffy! They did an exceptional job and were super easy to communicate with throughout the process. Definitely recommend them.

I had to take my new truck to Safelite to replace my windshield because that's where my warranty sent me. They left scratches on my paint where they cut the windshield out, and worst of all they messed up my interior ceiling fabric where the edge is frayed and exposed and will fall down with time. We asked the people working to come look and see how they could fix it, and they looked and said it was normal and they did everything right. It's a new truck, and now my ceiling is messed up and looks bad. We're going to call the warranty to tell them not to use this Safelite anymore and see what they can do for us to get it fixed. Do not get your windshield changed there. I do not recommend them at all.

The Glenwood Sorings location went out of their way to help us out on short notice! We dealt with a gentleman named Jacob. He was very pleasant on the phone and had wonderful follow up skills. I wish every business had a Jacob.

They removed my broken glass and failed to check if the replacement glass was correct. It wasn't. They blamed my insurance for ordering the wrong glass. The insurance company confirmed all was correct on their end, and they don't even do the glass ordering.
