YES! Finally a mini storage company that got it right! I have had storage for 30 years and this place is by far my favorite (and the view is so fantastic that I could practically live in the storage unit!). I used the Glenwood Springs airport location, which was new and clean. Setting up the account was very simple to do online, and the team was always very responsive when I needed questions answered (and they let me check out mid-month). Autopay made it easy to keep up with. Thumbs up - this is the place!

I had a great experience with this company. The facility is well taken care of. The storage unit was clean and properly maintained. Management is quick to respond to questions. They provide everything a person needs from a storage facility and I would definitely use them again!

This storage facility is the best in the area! We rented a 10 x 20 unit for a year and a half while we traveled. They have a great deal where you can pay six months in advance and get the seventh month free so we took advantage of that. Lindsay was very responsive any time I had a question while we were on the road. Our friends also rented a storage unit the same time as us but didn't want to pay what we were paying so they opted for a facility in Silt. They were robbed of everything, while our belongings were totally secure at Royal Mini Storage as they monitor whoever enters with both a personal code and video cameras. I cannot recommend this place more if you are looking for a secure place where you don't have to worry about losing your belongings.
