We wanted to buy 2 suitcases that we liked but they did not have price tags, my husband asked a few employees about the price but nobody knew the last one said to go to the cashiers and asked them so we did, at check out this lady with an attitude brought one random suitcase way more expensive than the brand we wanted and said that was the price, we ended it buying them becasue I really liked them and my husband wanted to please me. After we paid she told a co worked to go put price tags in the ones "we took the prices off" she thought we took the prices off in purpose which we never did and not only she thought that but said it to her co worker so loudly with horrible attitude so unpleasant experience

Dirty & horrible customer service. They used to have a separate return line & now they want me to stand in a line 20 deep of shoppers to return 1 top. I walked out & threw the top in the mall trash can. Never shopping at this FILTHY DUMP again.

Prices are always affordable and although it is a bit boring to search and search, without a doubt the reward is clothing from recognized brands at very very low prices. I recommend buying a size up because all clothes shrink the first time they wash haha, only at Ross does that happen.

Just as an impulse shopper would do, I have a tendency to get lost in all the little nick-nacks and variety of items this store carries, as they always have nice items for reasonable prices. It is, to say the least, very easy to get lost in the variety and affordability.
