Service is absolutely horrible! We were promised our order would be ready at 7am and when we arrived we were told they were short staffed and wouldn't be ready until 7:30. Manager was setting down at a table telling us they were short staffed as opposed to helping.

Best selection of sour beer in the valley. I try to shop at our local liquor store, but whoever is in charge of purchasing at this City Market knows their products, and always has yummy stuff. Also the best City Market in the valley.

We are from out of town and stopped in to get a few needed items. I told the Cashier we were from out of town and asked for him to use a Manager's card for the discounted buy-one-get-one vitamins. He asked if there were any Krogers in Boston. I responded, "Not to my knowledge." He continued to ring everything up. I said, "But it didn't take the vitamin money off." He replied, "That's for our Members only!" I have always been able to get the card discount while traveling. Not this time! I left without purchasing anything because I was so in shock. Is this normal protocol for a huge tourist town??

We stopped by City Market Food & Pharmacy to get basic stuff for our vacation. The market was full of fresh fruits, vegetables and all the necessary stuff. I overall loved the vibe here and employees were also helpful in guiding me to the stuff. The checkout was also an easy process.

This is like a Safeway store very nice well stocked and decent bathrooms. Central location.

Mask's necessary in Snowmass & these guys enforce it. Take that as you will.... I particularly think it's a useless joke. Food very very overpriced. Rude managers & produce guys. It's the closest to my home, but I will take the extra 15 min & go to Basalt to avoid this crap show.

Rude & unfriendly staff. Had 2 employees standing there as we packed our own groceries at checkout. Cashier tried to hand me the scanner to scan my own grocery instead or walking around the register. Would not go again.
