“I am in the medical field and in this area as a Traveling Xray Tech due to the shortage of medical workers presently in this country. They also have a shortage of pharmacy personnel here at this location and that is NOT the employees fault. They had to shorten their pharmacy hours to accommodate their existing employees that they desperately need to keep. Be thankful to these employees that are there now as they are overworked and understaffed and STILL come in daily to serve you....so cut them some slack if it takes a few minutes longer than normal or you cant get what you want on a weekend. Again, NOT their fault. You want to blame something....blame the cost of living here as the reason the majority of the health care workers in this area are travelers.”

“Downtown Drug is the BEST! They are 1000% easier to deal with than most of the other big box pharmacies in the area! My prescriptions cost maybe $5 more, but I will gladly pay that for life if it means prompt refills (same day vs. 2-3 days at the big box pharmacies) and excellent customer service! And I get to shop local ? The switch was even super easy, just called Jason and he took care of everything.”
