At first, it seemed okay, but the longer I had it, the more problems I had. The signal wasn't good enough for a new tv and I had to keep reconnecting the tv, more than 5 times in just a few hours.Since then, I cancelled service. Apparently they expected a 65 year old woman to crawl up on the roof and somehow unscrew the little dish and bring it back to them. Now they took over $700 out of my account after I removed the auto pay and the card. Biggest mistake ever to use this company.

Our Internet from Pathfinder works great! When we video conference and others freeze from buffering our Internet works flawlessly. Love the service, great company, I recommend it to everyone.

Having tried Visionary for the past 6 months perhaps - I was infuriated when on a Friday afternoon the internet dropped and there was nothing they could do about it for another week at least as they are based OUT of this valley! I depend on the internet to keep my business in line. We called Pathfinder and they had us up and running the same day - NO comparison - No brainer - local is BEST!!!! Thank you!!

As most people right now, I am working from home and having internet speed issues with my other service provider. Pathfinder installed their service recently and I'm beyond pleased with the results! The tech who did the work for us was great too. I'd recommend Pathfinder to anyone!

Living in Missouri Heights I encountered issues, on a daily basis, with Rise Broadband. Being solely dependent on their service for all modes of communication was beyond frustrating to say the least. Switching to Pathfinder was the BEST thing I did. Not only is the team professional, courteous, and honest.... the service itself is EXCEPTIONAL. I could have saved myself so much hassle if I had switched years ago. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! NO COMPLAINTS!!!! Kudos to Pathfinder!

I was skeptical of a new high speed, reliable internet service in our area. Pathfinder has exceeded my expectations with service, support, and price. Pathfinder staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgable regarding our new service and overall service in this area. I would recommend Pathfinder to anyone is this area who has struggled to find a reliable internet solution.
