If we could give 0 stars we would. We have been ghosted for going in 10 days. No return callas or emails. We live in Colorado Springs, and had to leave our truck there to get a transmission out in.
Just got off the phone with Glenwood Springs Police Dept to retrieve our vehicle. “Corporate” was no help at all and hasn’t returned our concerned emails or voicemails. This is an atrocious way of handling your customers and even more disgusting to do to them.

Our vehicle was having some trouble and Mr. Transmission was kind enough to run the error code for us and let us know what we might be dealing with at no charge. Since we were on our way home to Denver, this was immensely helpful to narrow down the potential issue and let us know it wouldn’t be wise to drive on the misfiring cylinder. While they couldn’t fit us in same day, he was helpful in guiding us elsewhere. If I were from the area, I’d feel comfortable using their services for actual work!

I cannot thank Mr. Transmission enough, by far one of the best Transmission shops in Colorado. The customer service was beyond amazing and I'm beyond thankful for everything they've helped me with. They walked me through the entire process and turned a very stressful situation. They are super knowledgeable and friendly! Any question I had they answered right away. Danny was super helpful through my situation and honestly made me feel like I was having a friend repair my Jeep instead of a business repair my Jeep. I'm just beyond thankful and will continue to recommend this shop to anybody and everybody. Thank you!

Our car was blowing white smoke and only a third of the way across country going eastward. We were referred to Mr Transmission. From the moment we walked in the door, Daniel filled us with confidence and we gave him our total trust. After diagnosing the problem, we were given the solution And Daniel was very fair with the cost. If you are within a 100 mile radius of Glenwood Springs and concerned about your transmission, go as fast as you can safely to Mr Transmission.

Excellent customer service, I called about my car acting funny and they were booked out several weeks to have it looked at but Ernesto took the time to read the check engine code and advised me on what to do next. I highly recommend him.
