Don't waste your time. They are booked three months out for service and don't even offer to try to squeeze you in if there is a cancellation. I tried to make an appointment for running boards not working correctly and they told me the earliest appointment is February 2024. I would never use this dealership.

I made an appointment for my 2023 Chevy Colorado for some issues that I am having with the truck. Appointment was at 9:15 am so I arrived early. Pulled up to the door and was greeted by some woman that made note of everything that was concerning to me. She ask if I was leaving the truck or waiting. I was going to wait until I was told it would be later in the afternoon before they could get it in the shop and the appointment that I made was with her, not the service garage. She also ask if I had transportation home if I needed to leave the truck. My answer was no, if I had to leave the truck, I would need a loaner. We have no loaners. Really?? I left and called GM, and filed a complaint. If you make an appointment, that should be about the time they take your vehicle in, not three plus hours later.

We came to Mountain Chevrolet for a recall service and were very impressed with every department. Randy & Brianna are friendly faces to walk into and very knowledgeable about the car issues and fixes. Lisa was also great and helpful during our car service and gave us suggestions on places to go around town. We will definitely be back to Mountain Chevrolet. Make sure to make an appointment in advance!

I was over 1000 miles from home and had issues with my 2020 Chevy 3500 as soon as I crossed the divide. I had a similar issue a year ago in Kansas with the same truck and was stranded for two day, limped it home to St Louis and took it to one of the bigger dealerships in the country and left it for two weeks. They had no idea what was wrong and returned it, then almost exactly one year and thousands of miles later it strikes again. Imagine driving a big truck pulling a 40' horse trailer thru the mountains and not knowing if it's going to completely quit on you with little to no shoulder, I was white knuckled to say the least. I made to it our campsite in Glenwood Springs, unhooked the trailer (never shutting truck off for fear of not starting) and headed to Mountain Chevrolet at 4:30 PM (close at 5) and spoke to Mariah about my issue and they were extremely busy but Cliff had a few minutes to check codes. 30 Minutes later he shows me a pic of one of the fuel lines kinked, he repaired , clears codes and sent us on our way. I cannot stress enough the courtesy and professionalism I received from them both. You just rarely see this kind of service anymore, I will be praising them until I die! Thank You for everything!! Appreciate you both and god bless.

Chris and the team at Mountain Chevrolet did a great job of taking care of a particularly hairy warranty issue with my truck this past summer. Chris and his team are subject to the same staffing and supply chain issues as all services departments are presently dealing with, however, Chris did a great job of getting my work prioritized at the shop and my parts order prioritized with GM. Chris was communicative and helpful every step of the way. I will be returning to Mountain Chevrolet's service department for future maintenance and repair needs.

After a fitful night of sleep following a late night vehicle break down 20 minutes out of Glenwood Springs and a tow from a 24/7 service on our way for a weekend getaway, I was blessed to find myself greeted by Vivi (vee-vee) and the service team working for Todd at Mountain Chevrolet Service Center. Hearing our story, they were able to work us into the schedule last minute, shuttle me (thank you Heath) between the service center and our rental, and repair our vehicle same day with the whole team making us feel welcome and like we were part of the local community. We can't thank them enough.

It had been a while and it was finally time to get my truck serviced. My truck basically needed some minor repair(s) and a 70k mile service. On this same note, I understand our labor shortages and supply crunch issues are a result of other issues and not because of car dealerships. I trusted that the dealership had it together in respect to my truck needs and to our political shortcomings.I had a very smooth experience while waiting on my truck after dropping it off at Mountain Chevrolet. After calculating the opportunity costs involved, my choice in vehicle expertise was worth it. Why? Because of the people who did the work on my truck, their work culture, and their ability to remain trustworthy. Big shout out to Chris and Todd for co-creating a positive outcome for me.

What could have turned out to be a zero star rating ended up being a 5 star because of the great job the service advisor Chris did. He worked with us to resolve the situation. His work ethic is outstanding and he went above and beyond to make our experience good. Thank you Chris and Shane for delivering our truck to us to save another trip to Glenwood. Our thanks also go out to Shane the service tech who was able to fix the issue and helped return the vehicle. You guys are the very best and we greatly appreciate you. Mountain Chevy is lucky to have you two thank you!

Brought in my truck for a recall. Chris took care of that as well as bringing to my attention things I may want to address that could cause future down time. When I returned to pick up my truck it had been cleaned serviced, and was ready to go. Great customer service and listens to the customer as well. Thanks Chris!

We had an engine warning light come on our 2019 Silverado truck. We were getting ready to leave on a trip. Javier worked with us and even though he was totally booked worked it in. He communicated with us through the process and was very professional. We very much appreciated him and his team.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. 0 customer service combined with lack of product knowledge had Mtn Chevy with my vehicle for 2 weeks and never even got my problem resolved. I dropped the car off and explained I thought it might be the ball joint but since they're the professionals please examine and let me know. They just went right replacing the ball joint with out a thorough inspection. Started by ordering a part without inspection and when the part came in they realized my truck was lifted. An obvious feature any mechanic would recognize right away. They proceeded to tell me it voids my warranty without even calling the warranty company. I bought the truck with the lift and it was covered. Also telling me they could not identify the type of lift do they would have to replace the entire lift. Completely wrong the techs told Chris they just needed to do the control arm and ball joint. That's when Chris told me it was his first lifted truck. Chris is their service manager. They then ordered the parts which should arrive in 2-4 days. 3 nights later I called to check in and the parts never even got shipped. Chris said he would have the part overnighted and apologized. I came in the next day, Tuesday, to talk with them and figure out the next steps and was told the parts would arrive Wednesday and absolute latest Thursday. Todd or Chris would then personally drop the car of to me on Thursday at the latest. Todd looked me in the eye and shook my hand while telling me this. He (Todd) tried to sell me a story that in Glenwood Springs overnighted delivery actually is 2 days. B*** S**t. The part finally arrived Friday. Guess what I received my car with same problem I dropped it off with. The service department obviously has to cover their tracks a lot of the time. I received multiple different stories from multiple different levels of management. And again never even get the problem fixed. This company is a complete scam and I will make sure I do everything in my power to not promote Mountain Chevrolet. I will write on every review platform possible to keep other owners from having to go through what I went through.Todd and Chris should be ashamed of themselves. If they are the professionals we have to rely on we're all in trouble. I truly believe the only reason this company is still around is due to the fact there are no other dealerships between Denver and Grand Junction to take a Chevy. Do your due diligence and look up the reviews on the company it's not just me that has had this experience. And one more thing the icing on the cake. They pressure washed the matte black decals clean off. When I relayed the message to Todd he denied at first and then said he would order new decals. Surprise surprise I still don't have decals 2 weeks later.STAY AWAY!!!!!

Chris was fantastic to work with while my car was being serviced. He made checking in extremely easy and was prompt with updates about their findings and the status of my car.
