First, Genaro, newest addition to the store, assisted me coming through the door with a welcoming smile, kindness, and great customer service! He got me through the first phone situation I needed to resolve.
Then, Alycia spent the rest of the time with my other voice and data device situations that I needed to resolve by adding them to my new T-Mobile account.
