FANTASTIC and FAST service! A vehicle transporter scratched up my truck pretty badly and the guys here were able to get me an appointment within a week and buff out the scratches in one day! Super friendly service. I’ll be taking all my cars there in the future. A+

After waiting 5 weeks for my appointment after assessing the minor damage to my van w/ another Vail Valley autobody repair shop who canceled my appointment on Thursday for the following Monday appointment I received a voicemail that canceled my appointment indefinitely (Whaaaaaat?! ) I called MidValley Auto Body who told me to bring my van in the next morning to assess the damage. They ordered the parts and within a few days they had my van fixed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME w/ GERBER AUTO COLLISION in Avon. Go to MidValley Auto in Eagle-Vail. Granted my repair was less than a 2 hr job but not only could the other repair shop not give me an appointment sooner than 5 weeks but MidValley also quoted the job for 40% less than Gerber! I was shocked how much of a price difference there was between these 2 auto body repair shops! Just goes to show not all auto body shops quote according to the "book"!

Will provide photos soon.Very unhappy with my experience at MidValley auto body. Shop does not provide updates over the course of repair and when your car is ready on a Thursday, they'll wait until 3 pm on Friday to let you know; only giving you 2 hours to retrieve your car before they close for the weekend. My car was returned to me with new damage (a small, but deep scratch) and the panel that was repaired was not restored to the OEM shape. Due to the panel not being the right shape, this affected the liner fitment in the wheel well. I mentioned it and their fix was to cut into the liner and use a body clip to hold it in place. You know... Instead of fixing the panel.I should also add that I was told a 5 day turnaround time which ended up being 3 weeks, plus an extra day to "fix" the scratch and wheel liner. This was all being covered by 3rd party insurance and the only company that called me regularly was Enterprise and THAT was only because they wanted their rental back. The body shop wasn't keeping the insurance company up to date else the rental would've been extended. Enterprise called me twice, once during week 2 and once during week 3 to warn me that the rental was coming due and both times I had to be the one to tell the insurance that the car still wasn't done. Maybe that's normal? I don't know.

2016 Tacoma driver front body and complete suspension damage. \\\"Let me start by saying wow!\\\" Dana, Milton, Andy and the shop vatos LOL are very friendly, professional and very skilled with their task at hand. Absolutely hands down great customer service in having my questions answered in a reasonable amount of time, given this is the real world with everybody's busy schedule so give them that. There at Mid Valley Auto Body Milton's staff definitely goes out of their way to make you feel accommodated for and mKe your experience hands-free in having to deal with the claim and the insurance company and a great turn around time with repairs. The repairs to my vehicle we're very exceptional and they went above and Beyond in explaining/ pointing out the repairs that were made on top of completely detailing the outside and inside of my vehicle upon return. Highly recommended!!! Totally worth waiting for if you have to wait.

Audi and the rest of the staff there are wonderful, caring people. Audi really made me feel like my car was in the best hands possible. Especially when dropping off something rare and expensive, it's good to have that peace of mind.

I do not recommend this place. They are not communicative and none of their staff is ever on the same page. To sum everything up shortly - they lie, they do not communicate, things will go missing out of your car, and they will not fully repair your car. I called and stressed I needed my car done by a specific date. I understood that there were no promises, but was told that parts were ordered and expedited. The following week, I got one call saying the parts came in and that the car would be done by the end of the week. Then informed via another phone call that parts were not yet ordered and it would be another 2 weeks until my car was finished. There were multiple conversations being told different things. One lady there is extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk in circles and lie. It was a constant back and forth with them saying they ordered parts...they didn't order parts... it wasn't expedited... they are waiting on insurance... they are going out on a limb for me by ordering and expediting parts without insurance. None of it made any sense. The gist is they told me what I wanted to hear and not the truth. Insurance was not a problem - I spoke with them. MidValley Autobody was. Then, days after I pick it up I realize the window on the door they worked on doesn't roll down from driver's controls. I also had a platform in the back of my car. One of the support beams was broken before dropping my car off. I had intentions on fixing it after my car was done. Instead, I find the support beam missing. I gave them a call and they said they would call back after looking for it. I never received a call back. I am absolutely fed up with this place - my car was not fully repaired, there are things now missing in my car, and they lied and were rude when I spoke with them on the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You could pay me money to go here and I would still refuse. I understand that everyone is short staffed. This, however, does not justify things going missing from my vehicle and my car not being fully repaired. Take the rest as opinion.

Hit a rock in the road and needed body work done. This shop was only shop backed by my insurance. 10k worth of repairs. Car runs a little bit off but I've been assured that Mid Valley will fix any issues that arise from there work. Car was done in a timely manner, and was returned detailed. All together a good experience.

I just had a great experience with this shop! A friend of mine recommended it to me based on great work he had received about a year ago. I got in my first ever car accident and hit a mile marker on the highway that damaged every section of my he right side of the car. It also deployed the right side airbag that wrecked the interior. Insurance did a great job with covering the damage and paid very little out of pocket for about 11 grand repair. The car drives and looks perfect now. Thanks so much guys! Shout out to Milton who communicated with me well through the entire few weeks my car was there. Not only that, they took care of getting my rental car back to enterprise saving me at least an hour of my time! Keep up the good work guys and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a fair and highly skilled body shop.

I was in an accident and the driver's insurance company sent me here. I couldn't have been happier with EVERYTHING. The customer service was exceptional (Milton, you are amazing!). The actual repairs are stunning! I will come back here anytime I ever need anything done on all of my vehicles. Thanks again MidValley team!

Like the other reviewer, I initially thought my experience here was better. I had a clip for a panel beneath my door fall out of place last year and it caused my door to open into my front quarter panel. Mid valley auto body fixed it for what I thought at the time was a reasonable price. The same thing happened again yesterday to the other door. I took it in to High Tone in Basalt for an estimate because they're close to where I live now, and I've always heard good things about their shop. One of the managers there took a look, pried the damage to the quarter panel back to its original spot with a hand tool, then had one of his guys quickly replace the clip in the panel. Boom. All finished, less than 10 minutes in all, no charge. I wouldn't say I regret letting Mid Valley touch my car, the work they did was good and they were all very nice to deal with, but I am wondering if they could've offered the same service and fixed it much cheaper or for free, like High tone did...
