I returned an internet box from home and it didn't work I went for my refund before the month he said he had returned it to me and as soon as I left the door he canceled it and I didn't get anything that is a real injustice very bad service I hope they do something about it and no more people continue to go through the same injustices

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for their advertised offer of a free iPhone 11 when switching carriers, both on their website and in-store phone ads.As I entered, I approached an employee who seemed more interested in her phone than assisting customers. I asked about the free iPhone, and she bluntly denied its existence, despite the clear ad right in front of us.Without hesitation, she called her manager on speakerphone and had a conversation in Spanish, assuming I couldn't understand. They shamelessly plotted to charge me and make a profit, completely disregarding the advertised offer.The manager suggested starting at $280 and seeing how much they could squeeze out of me based off my reaction. When the employee hanged up she said she could give me the phone for $250 then she even had the audacity to change the price right in front of me, as if negotiating for a used car. It was a blatant scam to profit from what was supposed to be a free iPhone.Finally, I revealed my understanding of their conversation in Spanish. Her faces turned pale as they realized their deceit was exposed. I left them with a piece of advice: keep your shady dealings off speakerphone next time.
