The BEST experience I have had at an off road shop! They fixed my problem child JKU so many other shops have touched and "fixed" but didn't. I had no clue how bad it was until I picked up my jeep from Lyft and could tell and feel the difference! My 2013 Jeep JKU has been used and abused. It has driven the backroads from Hurricane, UT to San Jose del Cabo, Baja, 4 times for the NORRA Mexican 1000 on race course used as a recovery and SWEEP vehicle. It's been put through its paces. The long arm kit needed new bushings before I drove from Utah, where I live, to Colorado to visit family. I took it to a well known shop in Utah to swap shocks and do a suspension check. They said it should be fine for the drive across the San Rafael Swell to Grand Junction and back. By the time I got to Green River, UT, I was white knuckling the steering wheel. The Jeep was all over the road. New shocks the previous shop installed were the only thing keeping it somewhat drivable. All the new bushings in the long arm kit were shot which would cause the jeep to jump from lane to lane at the smallest bump. I called Lyft because I knew I needed some place that knew what to look for and a place I could trust that my Jeep wouldn't come back to me as a death trap to drive. I had wheeled with them at Rock Junction, and were always helpful on the trail. All good signs in my opinion. The diagnosis on my jeep was it basically needed a new suspension. The original one on it was an OG from 2013, and their updated long arms were way better than the OG style - which I knew from reading several reviews about them. On top of that, Lyft found several other items that previous shops had "fixed" that were absolutely incorrect, which explained why the thing drove like a squirrel with shiny objects - it was all over the road.Lyft gave me a quote - which was extremely fair considering they were going to have to put almost an entire new lift kit on my Jeep - and then some - they found the caster to be off, driveshaft was toast on the front, and so much more once they got into it.When I picked up my jeep I was apprehensive I was going to have another white knuckle driving experience back to Grand Junction. It was the exact opposite! My jeep drove amazing! I could even drive with just one hand on the wheel down I-70, which I haven't been able to do in years! It tracks straight, it doesn't have the driveshaft vibe, I wasn't all over the road anymore!!! I could go the speed limit, which hasn't been a thing in years!Thank you Lyft OffRoad for making my Jeep drivable again! It is like it is a new Jeep!

The Lyft Team provided one of the best business experiences I have ever had. (You should know that this is coming from a "car guy" who is also really picky.) Lyft Offroad is extremely professional and talented. They were courteous, fair, timely, knowledgeable, and detailed while installing the mods to my suspension, full body and mechanical protection gear, winch, and lighting. Simply put: top notch!

Great knowledgable off road focused shop. They came in on a weekend to get my suspension finished up since I was on a little time crunch. If I need anything else done, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them. Highly recommend!

I have had lots of work done by Lyft Offroad. I have a 09 Jeep jku with a 6.0LS and 6l80 5.5”longarm lift on 40’s on Dana 60’s. I don’t trust many people to do anything with my Jeep but I have built a great relationship with Lyft. They have done everything from regearing axles, diagnosing and repairing stock lockers, welding on trusses and brackets for my new one ton swap, welding brackets for new longarms, installed front one ton axle with custom hydro assist, installed rear genright gas tank and installed j8 master cylinder and brake booster among other things. They have always been great to work with and always do top quality work. They stand behind everything that they do. I have always been more than happy with the fair pricing and amazing customer support that I always receive. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs anything done to their off road vehicle.Services: Battery

I had a great experience and QUALITY complete new suspension install for my 10 yr old 2nd Gen Tundra DC 4x4 TRD offroad. All new Toytec suspension with coil over and add a leaf with a moderate 2.5" lift and new UCRs.Christina and Sean were terrific about answering my equipment selection questions before, during and after the install. And they did the work when they said they would and everything is great. Love it, my 10-yr old Tundra rides great on rough terrain. Like having a new truck, only rides even better.Would definitely use Lyft Offroad again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

*Update: Lyft Offroad owner response demonstrates their incompetence. Center Pin/Bolt purpose is to ASSIST - a properly torqued U-bolt is what actually holds everything together. If pin was inadequate you should obviously have replaced it - that is what a professional would have done. Insurance company didn't feel the dollar amount was worth pursuing on their end, so we were left with deductible, expenses, and decreased value due to your inexperienced mechanic. A properly torqued U-bolt would never have allowed that much slippage at low speed on city streets.Buyer Beware! Took a Tundra to Lyft for a simple U-bolt installation, then drove a short distance when the frame slid completely across the axle. Christina refused to give us her insurance company info and did not cover any of the very expensive damages! I would not trust Lyft to check my tire pressure, much less touch any part of my vehicle, I feel fortunate that no one was injured or killed. Do yourself a favor and take your business anyplace else!

Female owned and operated business! Christina (Owner) and Sean are great to work with! They will educate you and help you understand what's going on with your jeep or off-road vehicle. They are busy but it's because they are good at what they do. Their estimates are on point and they try to give you the worst case scenarios when it comes to labor and prices. They completed a re-gear and program on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They help me understand the my jeep's performance and gave me advice on things I should consider in the future. Follow them on social media they are always organizing trail rides.Services: Check engine light diagnostic

The 4Runner turned out exactly as expected.By far, one of the best businesses to deal with in the valley. Will definitely use again and will always recommend to friends. Thanks guys!Service: Steering/Suspension
