I loved it.. bought some good clothes but the Coach purse was glued by where the metal ring holds the leather.. so it's no good for 28$ otherwise if I wouldn't have had that happen I would have gave all stars.

Lovely shop. Priced better than the local thrift stores! Very organized. Everything clearly priced. Great deals and sales. Very friendly staff. Will be back!

Today is my first experience with this store. Was excited to find a consignment store in Glenwood & called as I wanted to leave 8 pair really nice jeans. However, she is absolutely the rudest person I’ve talked to in a very long time, so I decided not to ruin my day and left the jeans at Defiance Thrift shop. I would’ve been there 15 minutes past her deadline for excepting things for the day. Even though I told her I was on the way to Denver, that we were just leaving the doctor and would be right there….I don’t know, I was just shocked. People at Defiance are always so nice! They made my day. I will take stuff to Basalt Heirlooms from now on. They are very nice also!

I was a little disappointed with my experience at Katie's Consignment. The lady I dealt with should be working as a debt collector. Not friendly at all! I will be taking my consignments to Heirlooms in Basalt.

The women working there were delightful. The merchandise was fun to peruse and the store was arranged well with some great bargains and fun things that brought back memories.I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in town!

I love this place!! I ALWAYS find some good buys in things I actually need. The store is so well cared for and the staff are so very nice. I also consign things here and love that they are more quality conscious as opposed to just checking to see what the brands of clothing you brought in. They cater to a variety of clientele- all are welcome. This store is right next door to the Indian restaurant Masala and Curry and easy to find by their cute window displays.

Such a cute little consignment shop, the owner is completely lovely. Lots of different varieties of items from housewares to clothing and accessories to decor a definite must stop if you are in the area.
