I went in visibly flustered because I had attempted to work with xfinity phone customer service (2 hours with them on the phone) in regards to a new router that was mailed to me and was not working...and even though they were nice they could not fix my issue. I decided to make the hour long drive to the xfinity office in Glenwood Springs fully expecting to spend minimum an hour there to get everything sorted out.
