If I could've given 0 stars, I would have. This company is stealing from people. They tried to auction off the contents of our units without ever contacting us and multiple attempts on our part to reach them to pay them. We finally had to get the police involved. Do not use this company. Strive Communities is the parent company. Please beware!

Changed hands, new owners care? Gate still stands open regularly! This is supposed to be secure storage. We Pay for Secure storage and the gate has been wide ope for over a week. Since the closing end of June 2018 the GATE has been standing wide open. IT HAS NOT worked well for a long time. Tell ALAN it is not and ALAN starts yelling, "GET YOUR F****** S*** OUT!" If this "manager" has anything to do with this place, KEEP WAY! Have received no paper work about the change in hands. The new company RV Horizons, so far I am NOT impressed!
