Highly recommend! Lori is like a hardware magician. I stopped in knowing exactly the pieces I needed from one manufacturer and having no idea who made the other hardware I was trying to match. Not kidding, she figured it out within seconds, double-checked all specs matched and had me ordered and out the door in probably 20 mins! She was great. Totally efficient and completely accurate in everything ordered. I will always come back here for hardware. Bonus, their product displays and selection was great!

I came to Designer Door Hardware today seeking help with a Baldwin handleset I am having trouble with. Unfortunately, my experience with the salesman here left me reeling as I was told to “go find someone else.” Thankfully, I ended up contacting Baldwin directly and was able to get the help I needed from them. I wouldn’t recommend even stepping foot at DDH, unless you feel like taking the chance of being subjected to their salesman’s terrible mood!
