Feel like you're walking into the lobby of a 4 Seasons, or Ritz Carlton, as opposed to a thrift store. Very clean, organized, and they have great stuff. Staff is very nice. And I'll be stopping in soon to do some Christmas shopping ?️? ?

Garbage, used garbage and overpriced garbage. Rude, bitter, and unpleasant. Go to Walmart and buy it new and save some bucks. I would so much rather write happy things but I had to throw this out there to the good people of Glenwood. There is a great little shop just down the way, that's going away from I70 a half mile or so. They have some good deals in there. FORGET THIS PLACE. ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL.

What I remember about this store that is so unique to thrift stores, is that they do not sell Bibles or religious books, but they give them for free. Never have I seen that in practice at any store. That's very noble of them.

This store is an absolute nightmare. The staff are horrendously rude, especially that obnoxious woman with the ridiculous hair color—she acts like she's all that. Avoid this place like the plague! Overpriced garbage and rude employees who don't deserve a single cent from the community. That Karen-looking woman needs to be fired ASAP!!

This is not a thrift store because the prices are more expensive than Ross and Marshall and the staff are not friendly at all.?

Under new ownership. This is NOT a thrift store. It's now an overpriced boutique gift shop but with donated items. Also the staff is RUDE. Not very godly for a church affiliated business.

When I first moved here I would come to this shop pretty often since thrifting is one of my favorite things to do. After a couple years of bad experiences I decided to stop shopping here, and the handful of times I have given it another shot since then I am always reminded of why I avoid it in the first place. The prices are ridiculous. I understand that small shops like this have to do some research to make sure they're getting a fair amount for the more valuable items, but their high prices aren't just for nice antiques and designer clothes, they're for everything. A small ceramic planter with a chip in it - $8. A wicker basket the size of my hand - $6. An old Igloo cooler from Walmart with a large hole in the side - $20. You're better off buying a lot of this stuff brand new. They also love to write the prices directly onto items with permanent marker. You'd think with all the money they're asking for they could invest in a label printer and stop ruining items and losing sales. (I've put many things back on the shelf because of this) Lastly, the people working here are snide and condescending. It's kind of a joke among the locals. I have heard them talking down to other customers many times. One time I came back in when I couldn't find my credit card and asked the cashier if I had accidentally left it on the counter...she laughed in my face and said "well that wouldn't be a very smart thing to do, would it?" And if you do decide to finally pull the trigger on something after struggling with the price, when you bring it to the counter there's a big chance the cashier will say something like "wow, look how cute this is! And oh, what a GREAT price!" ...yes, they have said this to me multiple times. It's just tacky. They must think they're in Aspen or something. On the bright side, it's a decently clean space with less clutter than the other glenwood thrift shops. That's why I give it two stars instead of one.

Not a non-profit thrift store. The woman who checked me out did not give me my change or a receipt. They are way over priced and the money I spent 2 blocks down actually was better spent. And it is a non-profit community thrift store. The other thrift store not this scam.

Some things are definitely over priced and they don’t bargain. But very clean and organized. More of a boutique store than a thrift store.

They shut the door on a 7 year old Hispanic girls face and put the close sign only wanting to use the bathroom as their excuse was it’s only for employees

Most racist store there can be. I can not believe they did not let my 7 year old daughter use the restroom. When literally I saw them lending it to someone else earlier. Just because we are Hispanic.
