If you use your reward points, watch it, I put in my phone number in girl tells me it didn’t go through but it did because it showed me my total points, she says “hold on” Changes the phone number and proceeds to steal my points. Speaks volumes about the character of a person. 9/13/24 10:30ish AM

The general managers son who works at night stole a phone and then went to stash it in his car after calling the cops he gave it up. Super disappointed in this type of people whom we are supposed to trust he should be fired.

The Mexicans there is rude, all the girls there was very rude, the guys there are very nice. They all only speak Spanish and barely know English. The manger didn’t do anything on any of my problems I had. They need a new owner and manger

The bathrooms were dirty, not even paper towel in the dispenser. The trash cans by the fuel pumps were overflowing, and the trash was blowing across the driveway. The food looks questionable!

Employees refused to issue me any quarters for the tire air-pressure machine, when I had a flat on my motorcycle and was stranded. Very disappointed and the staff was quite rude. Give this place a miss.

Extremely dumpy. Right off the interstate but the bathroom is out of order. Go to the Exon down the street. Much better atmosphere.

My jeep broke down across the street from here this morning. I could not have found a better place to be stranded! I had just driven hundreds of miles throughout the entire night and was frazzeled and looking for a tow. The 3 lovely ladies here treated me super great, kept their good humor and cheerful attitudes with me as I waited for a tow truck for a couple of hours, mostly inside to stay warm (it was early). This is my new stop through Glenwood Springs. (Thank you 7-11 employees...and helpful customers, too... so much! ) There was good energy inside during the very busy morning rush, and everyone was professional and efficient.
