This location, including the branch manager Vielka Y Shaw, are a bunch of idiotic clowns. I've called between 5 and 7 times with no help. I was told to visit a branch location. When I visited the bank, they told me to call. When I called, they told me they couldn't help! I am tired of the back and forth and lack of accountability at Wells Fargo. Called and again Vielka refused to help or address the issues I've experiencing. I am still unable to access my funds/ account. No wonder Wells Fargo recently paid an almost $4 billion penalty for the exact same thing I'm experiencing!Reaching out to the executive office is a further waste of time!

Excellent service at the Glendale Branch, the employees are very well trained, professional and caring. The bankers assisting in the lobby are very helpful. Well run branch, that’s for sure.

After so many attempts of verifying my identification over the phone in order to get the technical issue fixed so that I can utilize Zelle, I decided to come in to get help. Thomas the banker sat me down at his table to tried to figure out what has been going on. He carefully noted down all of the issues and called to talk to the customer service on the phone as well. He told me to wait at least 3 days until the issue has been resolved but I was able to utilize Zelle the same night. He is courteous polite helpful and super nice. Thank you so much.

I went there on a Saturday to open a new checking account. I asked to open a new checking account and was told I could not be helped "because we close in 45 minutes" but was told I could open a new account in 20 minutes online and have it be fully functional today. I just tried to open an account online and it will be functional until Monday, and it will take 4-6 days to transfer funds in from my other bank. Really wish I could have gotten help in person.

I set up an appointment to open a new account at Wells Fargo. I had been informed that I would need 50$ to open an account, so, having only 44$, I went to the ATM prior to my appointment-so as to withdraw the necessary 6$. The ATM at my card. The machine told me to inquire on the next business day. I didn’t feel like waiting a day to get my debit card back, so I inquired of an employee as to the nature of my situation. He told me in snide fashion that the ATM had shredded my card and that there was no recourse for me. Wells Fargo is a company that was fined 3.7 billion dollars for violating the boundaries of their clientele, and it’s clear they have failed to learn their lesson

Spot on reviews. Came in for help resetting a pin for a debit card and was told “you should just call customer support” suggested 4 different times by 2 different people.Called customer support and they said I should go into a branchThe building is nice and everyone is professionally dressed but had no interest in customer service and were obviously just waiting for their shift to end

Walked a half a mile arrived at 425 they closed at 5 told me didn't have time for me today, I am always having problems with this bank ,any suggestions on a different one would be appreciated!!!!!!

Wooooow the Blonde short haired female teller needs to check her attitude. That’s the 2nd time she’s thrown serious attitude towards a customer for no reason and just now snapped at me after telling me to step up to her counter ha no thank you ! Do something about her before a customer foes
