Walgreens is a popular pharmacy and retail store that offers a wide range of services, from filling prescriptions to selling health and beauty products. The pharmacy staff are described as overworked but maintain a cheerful and helpful demeanor, assisting patients with insurance, coupons, and billing. However, the pharmacy is often busy with long wait times, and the overall experience can be mixed. The store itself is described as run-down, with issues such as non-functioning refrigerators, a broken window, and poor lighting. The pharmacy drive-thru is consistently crowded, and the wait for vaccine appointments can be frustrating, as patients must still wait in the main line. Despite these challenges, the staff are generally friendly and easy to find throughout the store. The photo printing service is efficient, but the lack of staff behind the counter can make it difficult to retrieve the photos. The checkout process can also be slow, with often only one person at the cash registers. Overall, the Walgreens experience is described as a mix of good and bad, with a need for improvements in staffing, efficiency, and store maintenance.
So short staffed they can't even answer the phone after 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere.

Not enough Pharmacy staff - long waits in drive thru & inside the store. Calling the Pharmacy is worse - you will wait forever to speak to someone & additionally could just get dropped from the call while waiting

This is my regular Walgreens for almost 5 years. Today I went in to get a flu vaccine. The staff was great and Diego was the one that gave me the Vaccine. What a nice guy and extremely professional. Thanks Diego thanks Walgreens team.
