“My experience with this company was more EXCEPTIONAL. I contacted "All my sons" to have my furniture moved but I regret and cancelled the appointment 45 days before, then I contacted "The Other Side....", it was the best decision I could ever made. The crew was so kind, very clear on the move, and they disassembled my bed (I didn't know I had to do it) and then assembled it at the destination very professionally. I can't express how Impressed I am with the outstanding service this company provided. If you read my review, trust me that I am not the type of person who leaves reviews but they really provided a good experience that was not expensive (half of "All my sons"), no hidden fees, no traps no nothing. Don't hesitate and lease this company for your move.”

“I would honestly say with the staff that works they. They are kind and understanding. They are willing to help you and work with you. It's cool how they have the rooms. When they ask if you want to see the storage unit you should it is worth it. It's a nice facility room temperature. No bugs, doesn't spell bad. Especially if you want a place secure for your items I would highly recommend this storage unit. Especially for the price your getting at in this location it's worth it personally I think. Thank you for making it easier and more comfortable knowing that my stuff is secure and in a great area.”
“Fabrizio is the best manager I've ever dealt with at this location and I have been here at this location for over 15 years. He actually watches over the property even at night and walks the property with his dogs. He is caring and takes pride in his job.”
“We used movemasters to move our 3 bedroom house from Denver to Aurora. They were AWESOME! They took lots of care of our furniture and we had zero breakage. They were on time and efficient. We will absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!!!”

“Stumbled across this company during an exhaustive search for a reasonably priced location that was staffed by individuals who actually know, understand, and provide real customer service.William and Mike definitely didn't let me down.The facility is easy to get to, well maintained, and exceptionally priced. If that isn't enough to get you in the door, they also combine discounts ( which I qualified for the autopay and military discounts ) in order to give you the absolute lowest possible rate they can do.the as well.BUT WAIT!! THERE'S MORE!!They also offer a truck rental for an entire day for free!! No joke!The only MINOR downside is that scheduling the rental was a bit tight (slim pickins on availability - but that just speaks to the fact that customers are flocking to this location to handle their storage needs! ), and even then, William offered to contact me if someone cancels their reservation.Way to go guys!! “I reserved online and unfortunately when I arrived the one I needed had been rented out so needless to say I was a little bothered by that but in with any business first come first served right. Well after trying to find other locations with my needs one of the employees here “Mark” started to provide me with options that I could work with and ensured I got the best discounts when I decided to rent from here. I have to say if it was for Mark I probably would have spent more money somewhere else or had to find some where else further away. I would definitely talk to Mark if you need a storage unit here as they keep them very clean and good security and accessibility with the app itself. Good place to store your items!”
“I just got a unit on March 23rd, I paid for the month but the app said I was being charged again on April 1st. I was running late, stressed and confused. Dawn Marie really took the time to explain it to me and made sure that my payment wouldn't be taken out until the 22nd of next month, like I had been initially told. Her customer service level was top notch and she was extremely pleasant and friendly. I was a lot less stressed after she helped me out. If I could give 10 stars, I would.Thanks Dawn MarieMartin ?”

“Very Helpful Staff, & inside Units w/ a needee PIN to get into facility, & Camera's down every isle, & lighting on every floor, too. And, 24 hr Customer Sevice, in case, You've lost Your PIN, or Unit #s, or pay over the phone, Online, or on Site. So, very Convenient, Inside Rathrooms, too, that are cleaned daily. No signs of Bugs or Rodents, either! Overall for many years on, & off have used Extra Space Units, & easly can downsize, or unsize if needed, w/No extra, or hidden fees....Trust Extra Space w/ My Stuff...”

She works tirelessly to ensure that you are not only happy with the unit itself, but that you also have an exceptional experience. Whenever I had an issue she would always call back and she would do so in a timely manner. She would do everything in her power to solve the issue at hand by offering solutions that I was unaware of and was always willing to work with me.
