I'm never disappointed in anything I get but I feel like a lot of ppl can relate.....Always stocked and clean....During Covid I got to know the staff a lot because I was doing Instacart and shipt orders daily. They became my target family and it was a good time getting orders done because the staff was so helpful no matter the obstacles and rules during and after Covid .”

Not only did he find it in the system fast. But he went and found it in store to see if the screws were included or not.Sadly I’m in (MN) so going to the physical location is not an option. “Steve had installed a projection theater system in a previous house. We moved and reinstalled the theater system in the new home. After 3 years of operation at the new home, the Control4 module (the brains of the system) failed. Steve was the only person I thought of to fix the failed module due to what he had done for us in the past. He is very knowledgeable of current A/V technology and suggested replacing the Control4 module with a current upgraded module. We agreed and Ian installed the new module and reprogrammed the system to provide the same features plus new functionality to better integrate all the components. Now the entire system including dimming the room lights can be controlled using one handheld remote. Ian was great to work with and very professional, he showed up when he said he would, worked tirelessly to provide all the new and old features, and even cleaned up the old equipment which had gathered dust. It was a pleasure to work with Ian and Steve.If you are looking to install a new Home Theater or upgrade an existing one, look no further than Sound Media Solutions. You won't be disappointed.”

“Brad was very knowledgeable with our 10+ year surround sound system. Was able to fix the problem with two speakers not working quickly. He then took the time to explain the best calibration for our specific living room setup, what our upgrade options are, and then figured out a completely separate sound system in the basement. He is professional, quick, and respectful of other's space as he cleaned up after himself and made our space look better than he found it. Would highly recommend Soundings and Brad specifically!”

I'm super happy with the end product!I'd rate a 4.5/5 because it was a more time intensive process from my end between scoping visits, demo tour, estimate reviews, and a 2 day install becoming a 2 + 1/2 + 1/2 (not all their direct fault) so I had to miss more work than expected.Everything else was still top notch though. Good communication, very knowledgeable, very professional, and the install itself is super polished. Highly recommend!”

I bought a 1 TB SATA SSD and a 4 TB hard drive from here. I also got an RX 550 but that one failed but I have the montec case the air 100 model.
